"Great location and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and restaurant food on an evening. Best shower I've had in a hotel. Unfortunately, the pool area was being upgraded during my stay (of which I was aware), but I was given a free voucher for entry to the wave lagoon as an alternative."

"From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.
