"Most of the staff was excellent. We asked front desk staff (no concierge) about several things going on (in the downtown area). They had no clue. The hotel is downtown, these were events that occur ever year - such as the Porch Fest and the Wine Festival at the Farmer's Market. No one had a clue - we asked about the shuttle dropping us off there and they looked at each other and would not answer our questions. ??? "

The full breakfast was very good and the staff in that area very friendly. There’s construction in the area, but parking was available."
