"The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access."

"We really liked the Historical Inn. It was clean and basic. Dinner was excellent . Breakfast time was busy and while excellent choices, lots of coffee, they were busy and the sausage and eggs were cold when served. We knew there would be steps to our room and we managed but it would have been so much better if someone had offered to help with our luggage. All that said we enjoyed our stay."

What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and valued. The amenities were excellent. Whether enjoying the casino, dining at the restaurants, relaxing by the pool, or taking in the natural beauty surrounding the resort, there was something for everyone.
