The staff were great, very nice & accommodating , the pool area was amazing, and so was our suite, it was stocked with everything you could need. The only thing I thought the room was missing was some chairs out on the porch, but overall a great vacation, will definitely be back."

"The desk staff at checking were incompetent. My card was charged 4 times for "incidentals". I had to deal with the bank & the preauthorized charges won't be removed until 5/3. I will be on top of it & there will be hell to pay if they don't disappear."

"This is a very nice hotel located in a area that is easily accessible to just about everything. The hotel was being renovated but the construction started when it was supposed to and it was supposed to and was very well signed. We stayed in a renovated room that was extremely comfortable had a great bed and a new shower that was kind of cool. I've no regrets about this day whatsoever The staff was up front and amenable and we had a couple laughs about the construction, which took nothing away from my stay "

"They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."
