"We enjoyed staying in this hotel for 5 nights. Room was spacious, clean, and with cigarette odor. We had requested a non-smoking room. The hotel serves excellent breakfasts, 7-9 am, with Chinese and western foods. The hotel staffs at the front desk and in the dining room are quite friendly and helpful. Overall we had a very good experience staying in this Days Inn City Centre Xi'an."

"There was no booking at the hotel when I arrived (in spite of having made a booking via Orbitz) at midnight. They offered a higher rate than the booking at Orbitz. Didn't have a choice, and took it. Next day, paid for the night I stayed and moved to another hotel. However, Orbitz has charged me for the full stay and hasn't been refunded."
