"On arrival staff were not welcoming and could not read their own booking system. Tried to say we had not booked 2 rooms and then tried to charge again despite it being prepaid. No apology given for their errors. Nothing wrong with the hotel itself but the staff are not up to the job, am still waiting for the room deposit to be released 3 weeks later."

"Located so close to the beach was a real bonus. Some lovely walks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant above served good meals and the beers were excellent. Plan to visit again "

"My biggest concern is that the heating and cooling cannot be controlled by the guests in the room. I was forced to call reception multiple times during my stay for them to either turn on heating or turn on cooling. It is the most bizarre thing I have ever encountered in a hotel"

"Called landline for check in as property was unmanned. Was told to wait for a call back... so polite! Text message told me to enter room 3 and found Homeless man was in the bed.... told to go to other room, power point short circuited my phone charger. Owner arrived 1 hour later kicking out squatters from other rooms threatening to kill them if they come back. Crack heads next door kept me awake until 5am. Worst $135 ever spent, Bus shelter is a better option! "
