The ladies at the front desk at night and in the morning were awesome very friendly and helpful. I especially thank the help they gave us in the morning I had an interview with a construction company very early and they helped out my family members without hesitation... Staff were friendly. Room was clean and a decent breakfast in the morning. They are a bit stingy with towels and wash cloths and the A/C did not work well at all. It was hot in the room the entire time and had to go buy a fan to get by.

The room is pretty good. It could have been cleaner. The bathtub was draining very slowly when we got there. The maintenance guys got it fixed pretty quickly - it was probably just clogged with hair (it happens). This room would be significantly better with two queen beds even if they were sort of squeezed in there. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast is just ok.

This will be my "GO TO" hotel when visiting UTD
