Disappointed in room assignment which had a window blocked almost entirely by a concrete wall. Unexpected pool maintenance required us to leave after 5 minutes. Bad surprises.

So the best way that I can describe. This property is odd. It has a parking lot, but it’s weird. It’s hard to find the lackluster entrance and during our stay all of the water(in the shower, from the sink, and even the drinking water provided in the lobby) smelt and tasted like it had chlorine in it. It was so strong in the shower, but it felt like you were at a public pool. When telling the front desk person about this occurrence, we were told that they were having an issue with our hot water and that was it. The breakfast that’s provided is okay but is definitely better on the weekends providing you with waffles and bacon. This hotel is definitely mid and odd.

We have stayed here and at the Hilton next door. In our opinion this is way better of a hotel than the Hilton. Staff was great, it was more up to date and half the cost!!

Hotel Needs Sound Barriers
Well everything was good except two things. When i arrived the room smelled like smoke and pets. The other problem was the sound from the road. I could here eighteen wheelers pass buy . Apparently they are doing construction down the street. But they weren’t there during the night. There is a bridge right before the hotel. Every time a truck would hit the end of the bridge it would thump five times. It went on all night and day. The insulation must be very thin or the window had a whole in it. So loud couldn’t go to sleep. By the way the breakfast area does not open until 7:00 if your a early riser.

Our breakfast hours are slightly different on the weekends based on guests sleeping in a little later than our weekdays. My unbelievable hotel experience: Scoring a 10/10!
What a delightful stay at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The sundry shop was well-stocked with anything a guest could need. The bar and lounge area exuded cozy charm - the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail. As a family, we appreciated the kid-friendly amenities. Beyond the hotel's many comforts, the premier location truly impressed us. Just miles from Amerisport and walking distance to fabulous shops and restaurants, we couldn't have asked for a more ideal spot. With its wonderful accommodations and unbeatable location!
