Had a delightful stay! Staff was friendly and courteous as soon as we walked in the door. Room was very clean and comfortable. I was in town to meet up with old froends and catch a Rangers game. Perfect trip!!!

The rooms were just perfect, not to big but not small, the layout we thought was perfect, and the staff! OMG I have never met more friendly people in my life! Every person we came into contact was so caring, approachable, professional and just FRIENDLY! I miss them already :o)

We had an amazing stay. We got the king suite. The only complaint I have is, the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible despite us being told at booking it was. They offered a bench, but due to location of toilet, could not get in shower. We asked to use a handicap accessible shower and the front desk told us there is only one in the building and it was being used. The pool was cold but the kids loved it. The hot tub is amazing. Breakfast was good. Overall very nice facility and staff was absolutely amazing. We love how close everything is and within walking (rolling) distance.

There was only one lady working the desk when we arrived, i called down to ask about sheets for the pull out bed for my children. The lady said i would have to come and get the sheets myself because she was alone. Im disappointed the room was not ready when we arrived and was not equipped for 4 guests as we were made to mention in our reservations.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was good with great food options and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Fun weekend
Great choice for a weekend trip. Close to Grapevine Millsm. If you are planning to use the pool, bring shoes for the pool area. The tile is very slippery.

There wasn’t necessarily anything wrong but the building and room were old and shows signs of wear. Our shower made a loud sound when it switched to hot water and it was either scalding hot or cold. The front cover on the air conditioner kept falling off. The breakfast wasn’t very good, even for a hotel breakfast. It was just an average to below average stay overall. The staff was real nice and friendly though.

They provide shuttle transportation especially if you can request it in advance. They try to work with you. The breakfast is great, they serve multiple selections throughout the week. They accommodate early check in if available.

Great hotel with great employees
Marsha was a true gem. She was very helpful and even when you could tell she was overwhelmed a bit, she continued with a smile and a great additive. For me shuttles can be a real hit and miss situation. Not here. The shuttle was on time with no issues. The driver was sweet and funny. This might be my new pre trip hotel.

Great place
We had a wonderful time there. My son said the room was much nicer than he expected, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and nice. The breakfast is awesome too.
