I originally paid for a room with balcony but unfortunately didn't get that and people at 423 smoking pot otherwise the room we got was very nice! Kitchenatt with separate room !

Nice facility the hallway had a stink so I opted to use the stairs and that was nice. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and limited towels although I did not request for more.

Everything was fine until we asked about the elevator situation. They only have one for the entire property which makes it a struggle. We didn't have hot and when we call the front desk we were told they will call the manager, we never got a call or feedback from anyone, we had to go shower to our friend who was also staying at the property. Breakfast crew was awesome and the food was good. I will definitely stay there again. I'm pretty sure the hot water situation was addressed later on.

I liked that the location was close to a grocery store and excellent pizza, coffee shop, and Tex-Mex. I did not like the fact that the HVAC system did not cool down the room, or the blood on the pillow cases. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice.
