Mint went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Personalized card and upgraded us to a two bedroom suite. The apartment is on the 49th of 50 floors so the views by day and night of Dallas were breathtaking. Well done Mint you will see me again

A hotel that's not a hotel, at the top of a sky rise building with a cool bar restaurant available for residents. Feels like your own luxury apartment. Stayed for a week... will definitely stay again.

Staying at the Mint House is a must because after a night of enjoying the city, the view sipping your coffee the morning is what everyone wants out of a trip to Dallas. Mint House does not disappoint. $30 a night to park. My corner suite was $180 total.

I had to wait a long time to get someone to the guest podium to check in and missed my dinner RSVP which came with a fee so it went from romantic moment to dinner in the cafe around the Conner and no one explained the after hours entry so we were stuck outside untill security came Housekeeping came in onus alittle to early but all was well

I stayed at Mint House for 2 nights whilst on the last leg of our road trip around Texas. The property was excellent, with some minor points to make it impeccable. The location of the property is bang in the centre of Dallas and is excellent. Everything is within walking distance and the area is safe. There are numerous bars and restaurants immediately outside the property. The apartments are within The Santander Tower, and there are dedicated lifts to reach the residences. There is a member of staff at a check-in desk during the day, but the whole concept is for it to be self catering, therefore you’re provided a access code to use for entry into the main doors and lift when out of hours and for the apartment door itself. The staff member helped us check-in and took us to our apartment. He was very helpful and polite. The apartment itself was excellent. It was fully contained for self catering and everything was high spec and working. It even has a dishwasher and both a washer and drier for clothes and tablets are included. The only minor issues with the apartment, was the shower door was out of alignment and had to be closed/ opened slowly otherwise the fully glass door would have smashed and the colouring of the showering was peeling away, but all very minor. The views from the apartment were winning views. The bed was large and super comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The only thing the apartment misses is a safe. Excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Our stay at The Mint House was nothing short of amazing! The views from the room were breathtaking! Our room came fully equipped with everything we would ever need. The property is very well kept and a short walk from different restaurants, and site seeing. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed our stay, and will be back for sure.

An amazing stay! The rooms are like one bedroom apartments; the design is beautiful and everything is very comfortable. The check in instructions were very clear and helpful to navigate the elevators. Plenty of places to walk to close by. One of the best hotel stays, highly recommend.

Had a great stay here, can be noisy at night with the events on the 48th floor but they usually ended around 10 pm.

Highly recommend for downtown convenience. Room was spacious and modern. Pro level gym is a nice amenity. Chase was professional and helpful throughout the stay. Staff friendly. I’ll be back, thanks!

This was a nice stay for my family. The apartment was clean with an update look of modern style. The view was amazing at night. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

I loved the property! Amazing views. It was home away from home. Walking distance from great restaurant locations. We felt safe. My only issue is, we should have stayed longer !! The bed was so comfy. The decor in the room…just everything we could have asked for.

What a great hotel! I loved that it was on the top two floors of a skyscraper. The room was tasteful and had everything we needed for a great trip to Dallas for the Total Eclipse.

Very different experience. Self catering one bed apartment on 49th floor with super view. Underground parking very good, though expensive. Kitchen not bad: hob, microwave, fridge, etc. suits a couple well. Large communal kitchen/lounge could be useful for groups to meet up, dine and watch TV. Excellent location on Elm St. Takes a day or so to get used to elevators and the 6 digit code rather than a key needs practice. Restaurant on 48th floor has super view, but food is of average quality and too expensive. I guess you're paying for the view, though apartment had a great one too. Staff at desk on 48th floor were very helpful.

This is best room I ever stayed, we were booked 2 bedroom suite, full kitchen, washer and dryer were clean and efficiently. We were stayed floor 50th, it is top floor of the tower, every room had great viewpoint! Feels super secure, because you need security code to enter the garage and access the elevator and suite.
