Nice new, clean hotel. Area around the hotel is not particularly attractive, but there is a starbucks and golden coral, and La Fitness next door.

Upon arrival, I decided to do an early check in. According to the room that was booked for me, there wasn’t any available. However, manager was able to give a different room from what was booked. That was really nice compared to not being charge for the style of it. However, the room was dirty, walls had stains on them, lamp on desk had food on the fixture, bed sheets were not clean, shower was still dirty from last person stay, someone covered the smoke detectors up with plastic I guess to smoke in the room so I took those off due to not trying to be charge for assuming I smoked in the room, and on top of it all, there were roaches crawling in the wall. I plan on staying until Sunday, but I decided to go to another hotel due to the cleanliness needs improvement. The staff is always nice but there needs to be some changes when it comes management double checking rooms to make sure they’re together before they are booked.

As we walk in the elevator we noticed floors really sticky We had the worst experience it was very dusty mirrors baseboards bathroom there were hairs in the shower, the bed sheets had a bad smell etc….. the only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast area was very clean and hot breakfast was really good tha lady was very aware and kind

Not happy.
Room was filthy. Refrigerator had chocolate on the shelves. Found jelly beans and chocolate on the floor next to the sofa. Painting on wall has something splattered on it. Ironing board was in the closet but the iron was missing. Couldn’t iron our clothes.

Every thing went fine after the 100 deposit was paid for security reasons. Definitely did not like that. Paid in cash because of the process of seven day wait for refund on your credit card. Last time we came there was no such policy in place .Quite and convenience of restaurants in walking distance. Would of given 5 stars if not for the hassle of the deposit. No ATM on premises. Let me know ahead of check in if anything else is required besides the itinerary number and id.
