Toilet wouldn’t flush. But what really bothered me was upon check-in, the front desk clerk was wearing a t shirt under a jacket. The T-shirt read “ …. F**k it….” Fully visible to me. I wasn’t with a child but I would have been even more irritated if I had been. Unacceptable.

You will need to contact them for the reimbursement of any charges they made. If you are unsure of the agency, you should find that info on your account statement. Free Airport shuttle from a full day of cancelled flights due to weather was much appreciated. Breakfast eggs and real sausage were good and filling, nice variety of continental options also. Room was modern and very clean with expected amenities and lots of towels. I’d stay again.

The property is very out dated, the halls smell of old carpet. The front desk were all nonchalant to customers & on their phones. The rooms were stained on the lamp shade, curtain, bed cover, and chair room 305. We did switch rooms it was a little cleaner. The bathroom had a new roach in it every morning we were there. The breakfast was the best part of our stay. I won’t stay again though

Our front desk is strategically placed for clear visual of front door and lobby. Our guest's security is a priority to us, all our outside access doors except for lobby are key only entries and we have 24hour surveillance security service within and around the property. The shuttle bus was supposed to pick us up in the evening at the airport, but when we called we were told that the driver had left work. We were told that we should order an Uber, and La Quinta would reimburse us. In the morning, we were told the shuttle bus was not working. La Quinta called and paid a Lyft for us.

The fitness room was below average with a broken recumbant bike and cramped workout area. The pool was external but there was no direct entrance from within the hotel. There was a Wet Rug sign the whole time Fri - Mon around the elevators.

Our check in wasn’t terrible but we had to change rooms because the AC Unit wasn’t working. We got moved to a room down the hall on the 4th floor that wasn’t great either but at least cool. The facilities do seem very run down in general. The staff was courteous and honestly the biggest perk was the airport shuttle and drivers who were both kind. We would probably not be staying at this property again.

The front desk staff was exceptional. I had gotten stranded at DFW the night before due to weather and had gotten no sleep at all. I was able to get a very reasonable rate on a very nice room. After having been at the airport for over 16 hours, attempted to sleep on a filthy floor with hundreds of other people in the same boat, I was exhausted. I arrived very early at the hotel to try and get an early check-in. Celine at the front desk very kindly told me to have some breakfast and that I was welcome to sit in the lobby afterwards until they could find the first cleaned room (they had also been full up with stranded travelers). At 10:30 AM, she was able to accommodate me with a room, where I passed out for a 4.5 hour nap. I can't tell you how much this meant to me. All of the front desk staff and the shuttle driver were exemplary employees, but Celine went way above and beyond. Thank you all so much.

We liked that the hotel was very clean. The room was spacious and well equipped for handicap travelers. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing we wished was different, was that there were two workiing waffle makers. Only one was working.

Toilet seat bolt was missing. Refrigerator had something spilled in the bottom. The pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. And the hot tub was also broke down. I ended up getting my money back and went to stay at another hotel.

There was a problem with me checking in… Apparently a previous employee from a few hours before I got there gave my room to someone else, and my name was deleted as checked in in their computer system… the delay was about 15 minutes until the clerk figured out what the problem was and got me a room.

It’s definitely an aged property and they use some heavy perfume smells to cover up which isn’t great for someone like me who’s scent sensitive, we also had issues with our a/c not cooling down, but I do think the pros outweigh the cons. The breakfast was diverse, the bedding was comfy, and the piece de resistance - the staff was incredible. Above and beyond doesn’t describe it. Every. Single. Staff member we spoke to was kind, helpful, and engaged. Top notch customer service!! The biggest, most impressive shoutout goes to Max at the front desk! We were leaving after check-out only to learn our car battery died. Max jumped us with his own car and made sure we knew where the closest battery shop was. That’s very obviously not in his job description but a perfect reflection of the staff overall. Despite my small complaints, I’d stay here again just for the staff!

We had a problem with the persons staying in the room above us, who were continually running and jumping, and making a lot of noise, and it made it almost impossible to sleep.

I know it’s not the staffs fault, but the upstairs neighbors were LOUD. I could hear them pounding on the roof all night long. Sleepless night for sure!!
