Was supposed to get an access code and never got one. Tried emailing and calling no response. So I had to book another hotel. I am very disappointed and am looking to get a refund if I can ever get ahold of anyone.

Renter BEWARE

Couldn’t complete stay. The apartment reeked of marijuana and was gross. Not taken care of and not as depicted on your website. Lack of communication from owner of property. Refused to take my calls after I made them aware of the situation and that we were leaving property. Very disappointed in hotels.com for the way they handled the situation and I bough the travelers insurance and no one will refund me my money.

The price is not right

The stay was great overall however the property communication was very poor. I literally had to call 1800 after landing in Dallas to confirm property details along with having a 1 year old with me. I was then told last minute that I had to pay a deposit on PayPal after two weeks never got back. I never done anything to the property and was left clean upon leaving with that being said I was only there for one day.
