My ac didn’t work so I had to move rooms after th first night. I couldn’t check in early because the entire hotel checked out late. Just super inconvenient. The breakfast is decent and some staff are good

I love the from desk lady. She was very informational. I'm traveling alone and she made me feel very welcome. I love the lighting vibe in the room. I reserved for a 1 bed and they gave me two which is nice. I loved the breakfast. Hotel is nice and clean.

Lovely LOVELY staff. Great place. Breakfast was great. I had an EV rental and none of the charging stations at the hotel were working. Had to hang out at a CVS for an hour to charge. 😩☹️

We chose this Holiday Inn Express because of its proximity to Toyota Stadium. It’s a great hotel, staff is friendly and there’s a farmers market within walking distance. Would definitely recommend for soccer families.

Extremely clean. Staff were very friendly. Would stay again. The only issue we ran into was we couldn’t get the wifi to work. However we didn’t try very hard and we didn’t ask for help. We were only there 1 night.

Overall, it is a good property. Sadly, the cleaning ladies wanted us out of our room at 8 am or they will skipped it, when we went to the reception, a very passive aggressive lady let us know that we HAVE to request the cleaning for the day that we stay after 8 am which is beyond absurd for a Christmas holiday time

We were there for our son’s soccer games. The soccer fields (Toyota Stadium) are across the street from the hotel which was very convenient. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking Toyota Stadium, the best part of our accommodation.

Can’t sit in the lobby
I couldn’t sleep and went down to the lobby. The front desk clerk approached me and told me I couldn’t sit in the lobby at night because they were getting ready for the next day. I told him that others were sleeping in the room and I didn’t want to wake them. He said well you can’t stay here and needed to go back to my room. I have never heard of any policy like this.

Everything was clean. The ice machine on our floor was working. The elevators were spacious and you didn’t have to wait a long time for them to come. Employees were nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well supplied.
