All the staff was extremely friendly. I dropped my phone unloading and returned from room to look for it. Went to front desk and it was returned to me after being able to provide details of phone physical description and lockscreen picture. Be Gold In my bathroom the shower head had no solid fixture and was just hanging from shower curtain. I dont know if the difference is being a gold member and being in 4th floor like my friend because his was on a solid fixture.

Our room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was very good except the orange juice was overly diluted. The elevator needed reflooring. We didn't like the shower head. The toilet paper and facial tissue was too cheap. It would be nice if there was a small tray to bring food back to my room.

The room was in great condition, no issue there. The evening desk clerk was nice and helpful checking in, but the next night she had accidentally checked us out of our three night stay instead of the person in the room next to us. It was a very big hassle in the late evening to come back to after a nice day. There was complimentary water and the breakfast was a decent variety. The elevator, while on this occasion was working, it barely was.

The staff were amazing. We arrived to Dallas early and called the hotel to see if they would let us check in early. The lady working was very kind and told us by all means we could check in early. When we arrived she had the key cards ready and everything. They were extremely kind. The only downside was one of the elevators wasn’t working, and on the second day both were not working. However, I don’t think that was so inconvenient that I would take a star off. The southern hospitality more than made up for it.

Check in and out was great . The hotel was clean and well kept. Fresh coffee always available Downside - awful water pressure, lukewarm water at best , pasty of the shower head was coming off of the wall.

This was my first stay at this Holiday Inn I must say we had 2 check in issues and the yoing lady at the ftont desk got them corrected real quick upgraded rooms I will be staying here again everything was good great service
