Hampton Inn's seem to differ from one to another as far as breakfast offerings however they have all been good. This particular Inn did not offer warm chocolate cookies every evening in the lobby or coffee all day long as one in UT that I stayed at but that is not a show stopper.

Breakfast was little disappointing, but they seem to have coffee for extended time (liked it) Crickets and old carpet in lobby,, also cold water shower issue.. sometimes when taking shower,.you need to have patience to get hot water
. I need to agree worth for what I had paid $80/night.. if I had paid $140 plus. I would have given only two star. Overall good and felt safe.
Room very clean, breakfast sufficient, and staff friendly and helpful.
Seemed to be a shortage of hot water Sunday morning but thankfully showered night before so may have been timing issue.
I sould stay here again.
We got to the hotel at 120pm. The first thing that came out of the receptionist mouth was: NO ROOMS AVAILABLE, CHECKING AT 3. there was no hello or welcome to the hotel which to us seemed rude. The room itself was okay except the shower head didnt work. Hotel location was convenient but there was also 2 other hotels nearby that i would rather try if i come back here.

Room was clean but dated a bit. Beds very comfortable. Water in shower was only lukewarm. Very loud in our room. Could hear doors slamming, people walking/running, and water running.
When we got to the hotel they didn't have the same rate as I got from Hotels.com. Then when I contested it they said to get ahold of Hotels.com, which i did and nothing was done. We were to be charged $618 total for 2 rooms for 2 nights and was charged over $800. I will never use Hotels.com or stay at the Hampton in Frisco.
Something above my room whether it was staff or customer, kept me and my wife up all three nights. Slamming things and stomping around. Completely inappropriate. I will never stay there again.
Everything was good from the service to cleanliness. But…I had to rate low on “Comfort”. Reason being…it was freezing cold outside and the heater did not work. I was unable to adjust the temperature to my liking. I had to use the hair blow dryer to warm up the sheets and our bodies. It was very uncomfortable. My husband and I did not sleep well.

No hot water! We tried to take a shower at 5:30 at night and again at 6:00am the next morning. Both were very cold showers. The water in the sink never got warm
