Everything inside the hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was more than enough satisfactory.can’t complain about the inside at all,Outside can use some attention & upkeep like bushes trimmed and saw lots of trash on walkways,around behind pool gates,plastic bags,just trash all over,maybe some trash cans outside might help.

Im not going to say spotless.I going to say clean and presentable.I believe they had construction going on and some paint was left behind.The staff was very respectful and helpful.They were busy because it was Valentine's weekend and they were still very kind.Everything else was great.I like that you had to have a key card to get to your floor.

The staff (from the front desk to the breakfast person to the cleaning staff) was very kind and helpful. Even though the hotel is being renovated, it was still very clean. This hotel was in a great location. We were able to easily walk to downtown, the Farmer’s Market, and Deep Ellum. I would definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend it!
