It was probably the calmest hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is in the middle and part of a wellness center so majority of the people there were older citizens, which contributes to the calmness. The area around it is also pretty calm. The property is huge, but very well maintained. My favorite part of our stay, by far, was having access to the 50,000 square foot fitness center. It’s a fully decked out gym that allowed me to have the best workout I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Might be the place we stay at every time we visit Dallas going forward.

Have stayed here once a week for last 3 weeks.There are a lot of little bugs in all of their rooms and they need to exterminate . The lighting is so dim I had to bring brighter light bulbs to read. The geese are great around the property but they poop a lot and that needs to be cleaned off the sidewalks. The sidewalks are in bad shape too- all uneven and ripe for tripping on. The rooms need refreshing. Most of the marble floors are cracked in the bathrooms. Beds are good and hotel is quiet. They don’t charge for parking.

Poor communication. Absolutely zero consideration for my situation, and a non-prominently visible policy on no show and cancellation. Received absolutely no communication or reaching out when I was late, only to show up at the hotel and be told I no longer had a reservation and couldn’t receive a refund. Wasn’t allowed to check in for the second night either. I don’t know anything about the facility, but based on customer service, definitely would not recommend.

Very quiet. Nice lap pool. Did not know it was a fitness club. Nice walking trails. No pool towels? Very nice staff. No restaurant, nor breakfast. Health options at club.

The cleanliness and beds were amazing…. It’s a traditional/classic decor. I really appreciated the spacious room and ability to have a sitting area to relax rather than having to sit on the bed. The bathrooms could use some updating. Specifically, the toilet pressure was low and the hot water handle on the bathroom sink leaked. Also, we really like to sleep cold and the thermostat only allowed to go to 68…. Felt much warmer… maybe was the humidity? Overall, facilities are wonderful. The location was perfect for us as well. Had a great rate with Expedia. I would book a stay here again… just would bring my fan next time.

Rhisbis such a sweet place so so quiet and clean and the beds are so comfy. Raymond on the front desk was super helpful and helped us with a drop off and key retrieval situation. The gym spa sauna steam and exercise classes are great_ just be sure to sign up for classes because hotel guests can be preempted by gym members. The pool is serene and the walking path shady. I loved our stay. Also aberjeres Tex mex was great just a few blocks away (not walkable- but maple leaf diner is!!)

We love to stay in a quiet place when in Dallas, away from freeways. Walkin/jogging trail, swimming pool help to start the day and unwind in the evening.

The Fitness Center and cafe were fantastic. And the energy around them was high. I was able to obtain several Starbucks Coffee early on my Saturday morning. The energy in the Fitness Center is High. No way you can deny it. The fitness presence and health aspects of the Cooper are real. The room was great. Plush, Temperature control good. Comfortable, big clean bathroom with Tub and walk in shower. Mirrors good. Had refrigerator and Microwave that I used. Those amenities are helpful. Very.

We enjoyed the proximity to the stores and shopping areas. The pool, gym and spa seemed to be very nice we did not use any of them but we did tour threw them. I wish there would have been more lights between the buildings. The keycard is suppose to unlock the doors, but the doors were unlocked. The room was very nice we did have a issue with our plumbing but the lady at the desk gave us a keycard to use another rooms bathroom for the night till ours had a chance to be fixed. The lobby was cleaned very nicely, the halls were nice, the elevator smelt a little muggy. We did not get to use the restaurant due to it being closed on Sunday. We decided to leave a day early i wish that last night could have gotten us points or a discount on the next stay at a cooper inn. The gentlemen that checked us out was rude and very short with me. He told me since i booked w expedia they would be sending me a receipt which isnt true since I paid at the hotel...so now i dont have a receipt. Overall our stay was nice. Parking was free. Restaurant is open Monday threw Saturday. There is a vending machine in the laundry room along with a set a washer and dryer. The gym is nice but they do take some information from you, the spa area is nice. They have free weights, cycling, treadmills, stair masters, and several other machine also have a fabulous track inside and outside the gym. They have 2 pools. There are also geese and a pond to enjoy.

They set up girlfriend's spa appointment and allowed me an early check in. Property was nice to walk around. Tennis courts were full with league matches. Rooms were very nice, beds were great and shower/tubs great water pressure!
