The hotel in general is great, minus the noise. I stayed in a suite on the 2nd floor facing downtown and the bar/restaurant across the street was consistently noisy during evening hours until a short time after they close. The loft style rooms are a nice esthetic, but the exposed plumbing in the room above was not muffled at all. Every time the toilet was flushed, it sounded like a bucket of water was dumped on my bathroom floor. I would not recommend staying here unless you are able to get a top floor room, or are hard of hearing.

We loved the rooftop bar and the options for the views. However, it did become a bit noisey when you need to sleep to get back to another state the next day. Also, we weren’t aware the space was rented out and free to the public. The restaurant downstairs was great, and not crowded.

I loved everything about hotel. The feature to put room key in slot to turn on bathroom lights was frustrating! If you put the key card in light saver....it keeps a bright flood light on in entry that wakes up other person in the night going to th bathroom. Also, no waste basket in bathroom. Other than that wonderful place.

I really liked the ambiance. I love how all the artwork throughout were done by local artists. We were disappointed that the rooftop pool and lounge was closed since 3:30pm on a Friday for a private party. Parking was EXTREMELY limited due to people going to other venues and were not guests of the hotel.

Great customer service when I was there but I’m having to do a bad review because while my guest went to go swimming a cleaning lady came in and stole my moms watch and two necklaces from her godchildren. Manager hasn’t called me back at all. Take your belongings with you anytime you leave this hotel and have a bird eyes watch when they come to your room. Can’t be trusted.. first time I’ve ever had this happen.
