This property was okay. The bed in our room was really high up and very uncomfortable. The room has been upgraded except the bathtub, it look horrible. The staff was friendly and we were only here a couple of nights so we stuck it out, but that was some of the worst sleep ever. Come on guys, but regular size pillows. A hard no, to return to this establishment.

Stay was going well until the last day when they charged my an extra $100 for a "smokers fee". Which I didn't smoke in the room or around the premises at all. Complete ripoff. They could've at least said something to me if they felt some type of way. I will be getting my money back for sure & will never stay at this establishment again...

Front desk could have been a lot friendlier, rooms were a bit older and inside could have been kept better but were quick to change our sheets when we pulled back the blankets and the sheets were stained 😳

Convenient location. Overall it was a good three day stay. Coffee is terrible in the lobby and in the room. Never had room service bed made though in three days. Although I did not ask for anything. Smelled funny in the building, like Indian incense

I asked for a room close to the elevator and was given one on the first floor. I was worried about possible noise and security. Didn’t have a problem. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The rest was indescribable as I slept like a rock and woke refreshed. 5 stars! If needed, I would definite visit again.

Convenient, Comfortable and Quiet
The location was very convenient for us. The area had many shopping and eating options within minutes. Check in was smooth and the attendant was very polite and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, room was clean and QUIET! Some hotels seem like the wallpaper is the barrier, not here. We didn't hear anything and with the room darkening shades, we got a really good nights sleep. The hot breakfast was impressive - LOVE the Texas waffle maker! Area was clean and well stocked. Although the weather was on the chilly side, the outdoor pool was open and clean. We did not use it. Overall I was very happy with my choice at Best Western Plus, McKinney TX. I would definitely stay there again on future visits.

Decent hotel
We had booked an accessible room on Hotels.com but when we arrived at the hotel they said they only had us down for a regular room. Fortunately my brothers wheelchair could fit inside the regular room and bathroom. The hotel was clean and breakfast was very good.

This is a follow up to my previous comment, after I submitted a inquiry on their official website, no one has ever contacted me until now, this makes me feel irrespective and they have an unprofessional team that they can just ignore customers inquiries even I have stayed in their place for more than 10 days. Maybe you could tell their attitude, no matter the very place I have stayed or the headquarter, same unprofessional.

We came for the Christmas Festival. We left very early and had to stop and check in because they indicated they would give our room away if we didn’t. We checked in a little after 9: AM but no access at all.when we returned at 9:30 PM it was like we hadn’t checked in at all. We were two weary travelers with a small child in tow, but I was required to walk all the way back to my car alone to put a yellow tag on my dash to keep my car from being towed. I was furious.
