"We booked a last-minute trip to the Norton Hotel in Nairn and had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and our room was great. A special mention to Ivy, who served us breakfast in the morning. She was lovely and full of useful local information, which really helped us make the most of our visit.
