Restaurants and bars were excellent. Sunday brunch buffet was mind blowing. Breakfast buffet was great. Music was fabulous every night. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Beautiful location on the ocean. Short walk to the mall. Nice to walk along the Corniche for views and exercise (very safe)

Great place.

We had a great stay at this place. The room was outstanding with a very large amount of fruit, coffee, water available. On check out was slow and a little confusing on payments - yet the staff are really patient and understanding. Great stay.

Fantastic hotel with amazing facilities and spectacular views! Breakfast was fantastic - one of the best breakfast buffets we have had! Has access to four different restaurants on site, which have different themes. Room service also was great when we used it. Great rooms, well decorated, all with an amzing bath area (walk-in shower for us), large smart TV, excellent wifi and a safe and fridge plus a veranda overlookimg the sea!!! Best features was the amazing pool and pool side bar which had fantastic African/Senegalese themed entertainment almost daily, but especially weekends. Also, there is a shopping mall connected to the hotel which has everything you can ask for including a grocery store, pharmacy, cinema and restaurants. The spa was also fantastic with a sauna, steam room and hydropool as well as has a well-stocked gym free for guest use. Service was fantastic. Majority of staff, especially the breakfast buffet staff (shout out to Marie Noel and Mami), Pool Bar staff (Ndongo and the waiters), the concierge (Mami) and the reception staff (Binta, Aliou, and others)...sobmany fantastic staff, inclusing thevhousekeeping, securuty and gate staff and spa staff! There were one or two staff members who were not so polite but I will not let a bad apple spoil the bunch! The area is a great location - close to a beautiful local public beach, the African Renaissance Monument, Seaview Plaza mall, large grocery stores and the African Souvenir Market park plus much more.

Let me start by saying the staff was super duper great in every area of this hotel. Now the review, I had to change my room 3 times to get a room resembling the photo online. After showing the staff the actual room I reserved online based on the pictures, I was told that room is not in their hotel. I was in 178 where overall the room was unappealing. I can say the view was really good. The wall I primarily faced was devoid of any pictures or paintings. It was blank. The furniture was dated with baseboards that seemed to have water damage. The 1st floor smelled of stale water and the carpet was torn and worn in several spaces. There was direct access to the shopping mall on this floor. That was a plus. I visited the bar/restaurant by the pool. The food and drinks were good but I waited so long for the bill I went to the bar. I learned after the second time to just order from the bar for a take-away. I didn't find any events nearby. Luckily the hotel is in area where this single female felt very safe walking by herself, no matter the time of day or night. There is no direct beach access. The safe in my room had its keypad ripped off so I had to bring all my valuables with me each time I left my room. I decided to use housekeeping once during my 6-night stay. Ultimately, I really should be requesting a full refund as I feel as if this was a case of bait-and-switch. This hotel used a cardstock photo to solicit customers. That in itself is enough for me to say no,
