The apartment was a nice size and located in a good area with lots of shopping around! We struggled with the front door code as we thought it was part of the address but were met with super quick customer service over whats app, where they clarified our mistake. Great space, great customer service. I'd rent from them again. "

"Not great tbh. The room was way smaller than pictured, could almost touch three walls at the same time. The outlets were stupidly placed. You have a high bed but lets place all the lights somewhere you cant reach so you gotta use a ladder in the dark or climb up and down a lot. The nightlight didnt really work but at least that meant i could charge my phone so that was nice. The toilet or zink leaked so the bathroom floor was just wet, you only had 4 minutes of hot water but at least the water...

"An sich ist es eine schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe eines Parks. Allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst haben: 1)Es gab kein sichtbares WLAN oder Passwort – ich musste erst Kontakt mit der Firma aufnehmen. 2) Der Seifenspender war kaputt, und in der Küche fehlten Tücher zum Abwischen. 3) Die Haustür lässt sich nur mit dem Schlüssel abschließen.
