One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I love Sheraton in general. But this particular Sheraton makes me feel so homey and comfortable. Beautiful decoration, spacious room, comfy bed, clean bathroom with lots of amenities, literally I can find everything I need in the bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I love the smell of the lobby area. They had this very nice smell coming out of their aromatherapy diffuser. They gave a yummy welcome drink too as you checked in. Too bad I only stayed...

Bangunan masih bagus, staf ramah, breakfast lumayan sesuai harga, kamar twin room nya ada yg sudah lapuk lantai kayu nya dan bergelombang di room 208, overall seneng lah stay disini sdh bbrp x nginep disini, biasanya nginap di kamar double bed nya yg ok semua

The Best ever

My childrens love it. They are very happy to play on the beach pool. And standing on the glass floor at the 18th where we can see everything on the ground.

Absolutely loved it here. Staff were friendly, the view was fantastic, food were great also. Our room was comfortable with a hill view. Definitely will come back when I visit Bandung again.

Nice room and view

Nice place and staff. Would appreciate next time if the hotel notifies early of impending persib bandung parade during stay as the street in front becomes totally inaccesible

The staff at every level were fabulous! The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Rudy in the restaurant were excellent and made a difference to our stay there m! We will definitely recommend this hotel

My room on level 12, at midnight I still can hear the beat of music from Level 16.Also, just an input, to get in to Leval 16 bar very strict we are not allowed wearing sandal jepit (thong). I think if you should be a bit flexible especially for family, we (10 of us no children) just want to hang out, talking and spend time while drinking and snacking, we choose this hotel for relaxing, so not all of us wearing shoes at the hotel. We got rejected, then only 2 of us went in, found out the cafe...
