"front desk clerk scammed me saying he would only charge be 10,000 won to upgrade to a double bed room and charged me 100,000 instead and acted confused when i confronted him on it. the room was kind of clean but the beds were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. will not be staying here again and would not recommend anybody else staying here. "We had some trouble with weather and the hotel would not work with us at all trying to change dates or at least get a late check in. They tried to charge double for the second night due to some reservation confusion on the site. I have never had trouble like this with a hotels.com place of stay, so I truly isolate the trouble to the hotel not the site. It was clean and overall the area was a nice and stay. "
