Too short. We finished our visit to Takeyama-Kurobe so it was the last night of our trip. We wanted to visit the outlet in Toki. After lunch, we took a taxi to the outlet. We only had more than a couple of hours to see a few shops we had chosen and got items we loved in almost all shops we went into. We got on a bus to Toki station at night. My friend had too much stuff and left her jacket in the hotel as she didnt want it. Later, the hotel called long distance to tell me they could send the...

A hidden gem, such friendly staff. The rooms were huge with an amazing massage chair. Onsen indoors and outdoors and amazing food. We would travel back to the area to go to this hotel.

I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, room size is compact but functional - Good bathroom and very clean throughout . Air con was a little noisy but that was all. Probably a longer walk to and from the station esp in the heat .
Would stay again.
