Everything i read about the property was a lie no restaurant they didn’t respect check in time it smells really bad ,bugs in and outside the room the walls are covered in moles they even try to paint over it ..there’s more cons that i can name on here ..never again and of course no refund

When we arrived the lobby was quite dirty, a lot of rubbish stacked up. Gave us an upgrade but did not come with a fridge which we needed because we had food, never been to a hotel with no fridge. The shower consumables smelt very chemically and did not smell safe to use, also the pumps did not work. No fitted sheet so when we woke up we were laying on the mattress. The walls were very dirty and covered in stains. I would not recommend this Hôtel as it was not in a very good area either.

Nice view from 6th floor, cleaner than most for what you're paying. Only thing was my shower water never heated only issue for me "personally". Nice coffee shop across street, if you turn left at bay light next 2x price avoid that one

シャワーの温度がほとんど水でした。出し続けても温かくならなかった。ティッシュペーパーが無かったので、自分で買いました。フェイスタオルは無し、バスタオルだけでした。そのバスタオルは端がほつれて糸が出ていた古い物でした。綺麗に洗濯はしてあったと思います。他は価格相当のホテルだと思います。空港へ近いので、歩いて色々なところへ買い物に行けました。ローカルフードをたくさん食べました。Grabも呼べばすぐに来ました。シャワーの件はフロントへ伝えていません。エクスペディアですぐ他のホテルを見つけ、4泊の予定を2泊した翌日にダナンビーチ方面へ移動しました。ダウンタウンの滞在は刺激的でしたので、それも良い経験でした。フロントの女性は笑顔でとても良い対応でした。ありがとう。

部屋の冷蔵庫がメンテナンスのため1ヶ月使えないとの事で、一階にある冷蔵庫に冷やすが不便でした。 帰る前の日にはエアコンが故障しましたが、すぐに別の部屋へ案内してくれました。 お部屋は快適だったので次回も泊まりたいと思います。

Attentive, warm service from all

It is a very nice three night stay at this property. A good location as it is accessable to all your needs. My room has a view of the beach. The room has a nice setup and amenities are as expected for a 4 star property. Services are all superb with very attentive and warm service from all. The beach experience is also excellent. Three months in Asia and I can say that this hotel has the best quality for such a minimal cost that I have come across. A wonderful experience indeed and I highly recommend friends to come.

宿泊費が格安だったのであまり期待せずに利用しましたが、部屋も清潔で広く、大変満足しています。スタッフはいつも笑顔で気持ちが良かったです。周りには4つ星ホテルがあり、過去に利用したことがありますが、建物の外観が違うだけで、中に入れば4つ星ホテルと遜色ないと思います。また利用したいです。

ダナン初日に宿泊しましたが右も左もわからず予約しましたが10階ビーチ側に部屋を取っていただき朝と夜の景色は良かったです。エリアは少し繁華街、主要なbeachからは外れていますがあちらに泊まった方はこちらのローカルな方が住むエリアには来ないと思うので一泊でしたが良かったです。スタッフも自分が英語話せないですが親切な対応してくださって、色々と助かりました。2016openだったので綺麗でした。値段相応したら満足です。

鉄道利用のため駅に近いホテルを探していて前日１泊。場所はとても駅まで歩いていける距離でなく周辺にも良い店がないのでタクシー利用。 ただホテルは海が見える角部屋にしてくれて思った以上にいい感じのホテルだった。

hotel was very inflexible and did not even allow a 30 minute extension of check out time, the view from the hotel restaurant is nice but food was nothing fantastic. room does not look as good as in the photos. motorbike rental expensive as well. not recommended.
