We had a no-window room on the first floor for 3 nights. It was the most beautiful room we've stayed in. The lighting and the wood details in the room were so beautiful! Everything was very clean, the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. The separate shower was a big plus. Everything worked well in the room. All the member of staff were so lovely, we had such a great stay here. Would love to come here again!

Great stay would definitely recommend!

Very spacious room and beautiful pool and location! A short walk from the water and many amazing restaurants! Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was good eggs, soup, fruit, toast and more!

Great stay in Hoi An!

The hotel is in walking distances of the old town, but in a quiet side street. The staff is friendly, helpful and the rooms are big. They offer airport transport to a affordable prize.Really enjoyd my stay!

We had a lovely stay the this property. The staff were very friendly and always helped us with booking tours and cabs. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and we did have some problems with a leaking shower in the beginning but the staff were helpful and sorted it for us. The hotel is in a great location. Very close to everything but on a quiet street. We had a great stay at this location.

Cute place to stay!

Super cute! Best part was the whiff of lemongrass coming into the room initially. So calming and relaxing. Staff was great, kind, and helpful. Great location. No complaints here. Definitely would stay here and and recommend!

This is a very basic hotel, it was clean staff are friendly and welcoming arranged transport to and from the hotel cheaper than Grab. The kettle and TV not working but very quickly rectified, breakfast is basic also but you get what you pay for.

Great service and nice people at the hotel. However, the room was disgusting. Couldn't even go into the bathroom because it smelled so bad. At night, had difficult time sleeping because of the smell. So bad!

The property had a lot of character reflective of this historical location. There is no elevator so make your request for lower floor if you have mobility issues. The beddings could be updated the hallways and rooms painted to refresh the hotel. Otherwise, the costs, walkability to main Hoi Ann Old Towne and character of place makes this ideal hotel.

the room was beautiful. delicious breakfast. good location. the pool looked really cool but we didn't get to use it as it was raining nonstop. the provided toiletries were is very small bottles but we brought our own. during rainy season, the rain gets into the dining area and on the main stair so it gets quite slippery

Good location and quaint but average

The location and the price were good and the property was OK and I guess considering the price was pretty much as expected. The AC worked but at one point I turned it off and the. Could not get it on again. The sheets were too small for the bed and kept being untucked. The shower head was broken but there was the hand held unit so not that bad. Breakfast was supplied and was sufficient but not special.

Negatives: Stairs! There is no elevator- had to carry suitcase downstairs upon checkout. No pool towels. You must use bath towel- for showering and pool! No hand towel or face washer. Breakfast was disappointing. Omelette and pancake saving grace. Also- wanted passionfruit and when I lifted the cover-millions of flies flew out. Please put items on ice and protect from insects. Positives: Good location. Lovely vibe. Good air conditioning in room. Room nicely decorated. Good size rooms. Comfy bed. Amazing pool. Would recommend

This place was super affordable so I spent a little extra for the balcony and it was so worth it. My balcony room was so spacious and I liked the fact that it was facing an alley way so I didn’t hear too much honking. My room was conveniently located right above the kitchen so it was an easy walk downstairs to get breakfast. The variety of breakfast food was more than enough for me. Everyday you had the option to get noodles, pancakes, eggs, bread, fruit, yogurt, coffee and tea for breakfast. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Every day as I walked out the man at the front desk always asked if I needed any recommendations for anything and it was helpful to hear what the locals recommend. This place was located in the ancient town making it convenient to walk everywhere. An important thing to note is that this hotel does not have an elevator so pack wisely.
