価格から考えれば、朝食付きのバスタブありでｗｉｆｉもフリーなので 満足。但し、バスタブにお湯を張るには多分電気タンクでお湯を沸かすタイプだと思うので、シャワーはＯＫでもバスタブには貯められない。 掃除も普通なのでＯＫ。ベッドは広いのでよく眠れる。ただ細かいところを言えばサニタリーの設備が不十分。日本語は一切通じないがスタッフはフレンドリー。ホテルの周辺は韓国街なので韓国系の食事処とカフェ、コンビニあり。ホテル前にはいつもタクシーが止まっている

수맥이 흐르나 봅니다

아침식사가 좋다는 글보고 예약했는데, 절망이었습니다. 침대에 머리카락 아닌 털들이 널부러져 있었습니다. 한번도 그런적 없었는데 이 호텔에서 가위에 눌려서 밤에 한숨도 못잤어요 ㅠㅡㅠ 저랑은 안맞는 호텔이었습니다.

Bearable, but pass it up if you can

The hotel description makes it sound as if it's close to attractions and the train station. While it wasn't bad, it wasn't conveniently located. We had to walk a long way to get around. The staff spoke almost no English. We tried to hire a private car from there to Hoi An and ended up on a bus with broken seats and windows covered in black grime. We asked multiple times if she was booking us a car and she replied each time "yes! A car, not a bus." The staff was friendly, just unable to be helpful. The room was not well kept, the construction and cleaning both lacking. There was hair in the bathroom, stains on the sheets , and just poor house keeping in general. There were gaps in the tiles in the bathroom and dried glue all around fixtures. The breakfast was OK, nothing to write home about. So far this is the most expensive place we've stayed in Vietnam and it was the most disappointing.

I stay here for 1 nite but I found that it is good location, staff and food. It is easy to visit some interesting place in Da Nang city and go to swim.

good for money dormitory

I stayed domitory room. It is a normally/commonly domitory room. Room and facilities are clean. Wifi is available outside room,but a bit slow. Included breakfast buffet is good for money. Nothing is around this area. Good for temporary stay before going to HoiAn or Hue. Not suitable for city exploring in DaNang.

Buffet Breakfast is Included even in the Dorm Room

The room was as described on the 2nd floor with the massage . Had 4 bunks in the room with 2 a/c on the wall . the bathroom did not have hot water , and there was a foul odor coming from the drain in the bathroom , so just kept the bathroom door Shut. They had a nice Breakfast on top floor over looking the Downtown area , Hint Get there early as they do not replenish the servings . from 6am-7am is the best time to eat. So wake up early eat and go back to bed if you want.

ダナン着が夜遅くだったので、このホテル（ドミトリー）に泊まったが、ドミ部屋に入るドアに鍵がなく、他にもあまり利用客がいなかったので怖かった。 しかし、クリーニングや無料の水、朝食等もついていて、快適であることは確かだった。 バックパッカーでドミトリーを探すのであれば、ダナンではなくホイアンやフエにしたほうが良いかもしれない。

Pragmatisches Hotel

Mein Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte einen Ausblick über die Stadt und auf das Meer. Badezimmer und Zimmerausstattung sind in Ordnung. Leider wirkt das gesamt Hotel eher prakmatisch als einladend. Der riesige Eingangsbereich wirkt sehr kühl, wie das gesamte Hotel. Fehlende Bilder an den Wänden oder Kundeninformationen lassen alles etwas nüchtern wirken. Das Hotel befindet sich zwichen Strand und Innenstadt. In jede Richtung sind jedoch mindesten 15min Fußmarsch notwendig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe keine.

Located handily between beach and city centre

Brand new hotel. Very good customer care. Checked in early at no extra charge. Restaurant on top floor with great views. Only downside was having to use wi fi in lobby as couldn't get it in room.
