Fantastic service, breakfast was convenient, and the price was great. The room wasn’t ideal for my family only because the bathrooms are see through and the air conditioner in the room was directed straight at one of the beds. The water for the shower was either piping hot or not warm at all.

Pretty, airy little hotel with a lovely courtyard and pool, and a nice breakfast. Excellent restaurant right next door, more just a few steps away, and the old town is only a couple of blocks further.

Great hotel super close to old Hoi An. Close to great places to eat and shop. Room was really comfy and clean, the staff were really friendly and helpful with connecting to our train and arranging a tour to My Son. Can recommend it and would definitely visit again.

Fantastic location and great service. We arrived very early (7am) The front desk greeted us warmly, told us our room would be ready at 12:30 and the asked the bellboy to take us down the block to an alley restaurant where they were serving excellent pho to the locals.

It’s a lovely little quaint hotel full of Asian charm and character and only five minutes east walk from the bridge area in the old twin. The staff are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Great value for money. 😀

Excellent location about a five minute walk from the heart of the Old Town Hoi An. Reasonable rates, refreshing little swimming pool! Receptionists are very helpful recommending things to do , see, arranging transportation to DaNang train station , etc. Breakfast is available ( though I didn't opt for it.) I would definitely stay here again! ☺️

Nice little hotel by old Hoi An

We really liked the Thanh Van 1 - great value, smaller, lovely staff and oh so helpful ! We did a bunch of tours organised through the hotel and these were good value and well organised. Room was decent size and clean, with a balcony and good A/C. We had breakfast every day (in the small lobby / pool area) and this was both tasty and good value. Nice clean pool in the hotel atrium. The hotel is right on the boundary between old and newer Hoi An - therefore easy walk into the main tourist areas. However, this boundary road can get busy during the day. Quietens down at about 21:30 and overnight. No issue for us, but might be for others.

Some noise in the early morning and a shower which didn't drain well but overall an excellent location. Larger bath towels didn't arrive until the next day. Perhaps an oversight. Electric plugs required the different sizes adaptor. Fresh hot coffee and tea all day long. Probably could use new mattresses!

Kelly at reception was amazing. Easy to understand, very helpful, very friendly. Our room was great. Comfortable, clean, and able to adjust the AC or fan to our needs. We also swam in the small pool, which was very refreshing. The location is wonderful. Easy to walk into the old quarter. Always love Hoi An, and Thanh Van 1 was the perfect place to stay!!
