Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Katie was really good. She contacted me two weeks before we flew which gives me at ease. As soon as we arrived, she was there waiting for us. I only gave it 4 star because we clearly say we are 6 people but the apartment has only 2 queen size so other person has to sleep in the couch.
