Great hotel for the price , staffs are very helpful and friendly , comfortable ocean view rooms , excellent breakfast and nice swimming pool. This hotel locate only few steps from the ocean and there are lot of restaurants near by .

love the sea view from my room, love the top roof pool, love the spa, love their serivce, everything. I would like to thanks for my massage therapists over these few day, Miss. Hanh and Ngan. These girls are super awesome. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are seeking for a relaxing holidays.

Staff was super great (friendly. Professional, and they care about your stay and making it a positive experience). Property was right across the beach in a good area. Only issue I had was I had a adjoining room which was able to hear the next door neighbours a little too much, but still one of my best stays in danang.

During check in there was no consideration for Expedia prefered customer. Would not upgrade even though hotel was less than 1/3 occupied. I made reservation for 2 rooms for two nights initially, then added a night to come earlier. Second reaervation was for premier room. Askedd to stay in that room rather than move and they wanted to pay premium. I felt they should at least let us stay in same room for the 3 nights as usually I am given uogrades but they wouldnt upgrade and I paid more so as not to have to change rooms.Poor customer service, no accomodation for Expedia customer even though I always get courtesy when availabe at all other hotels.

It’s a really good hotel. Great swimming pool and the the beach is across the street if it’s not raining. The staff is excellent. There was a chairman’s celebration with music, and I’ve found very kind them to prepare that for guests. The only thing is the staff could have more restaurants to recommend and have more information to support guests, e.g. I wanted to buy a polish nail remover and the were unable to explain where I could find it. This isn’t an issue only in this hotel, but overall in Vietnam.

We spent 3 days here before going to HoChiMinh city, the beach was directly across the street, great restaurants and barsX, massage places the street behind, staff was very welcoming and helpful. The only thing is.. if your are going to exchange money, I would go down the street, it was a pretty hefty fee, at least it was for the US Dollar. Other than that, it was beautiful.

Honestly I am so impressed that I regret staying only 2 nights. This hotel is simply an outstanding 4-star and meets my high standards. Room: comfortable bed, clean and cool room, AC works well, there is safe in room. We had partial ocean view which was simply fantastic! Gorgeous view of waves hitting the shore on our east, and we could even see the sunset from our room on the west. This view alone was enough for me to recommend the hotel. While on main street, it was still peaceful for night time sleep. Breakfast: was fabulous with various stations, pho, eggs, sea food, congee, dumplings, stir fry, fish, meat, sweets, fruits, yogurt, breads, drinks. They even made us a special stir fry without meat. Rooftop bar and pool was nice. Wondeful view of ocean. Service: very attentive, caring, professional and they speak really good English. Overall: definitely meets and exceeds north american standards. Most importantly we got a great deal and it was really worth the price. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel!!.. Clean and layout is perfect. There are snacks in the room and drinks for purchased. Breakfast is great (buffet with delicious food). Pool was amazing. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you!.

Property was located in a central area right across the beach. Lots of dining options around. However the main road has quite abit of traffic so be prepared for some noise in the early morning.

Highly recommended hotel. The partial sea view is good enough, no need to pay more for oceanfront if you want to have a good view at cheaper price. I’m satisfied with everything, especially the pool and bar on top floor

Great waterfront spot
Great location beachfront in Da Nang. We had beautiful view overlooking the ocean! The room was clean, well appointed with ice cold A/C! Very nice roof top bar and pool. Breakfast buffet included. We even had complementary beverages in our room. Staff were fantastic! Very reasonably priced for a higher end hotel right across from the beach and easy taxi ride into central Da Nang.

Amazing penthouse suite!
We stayed in the penthouse suite on Dec 23-25th 2022. It is difficult to describe how incredible this suite was. It is brand new, top notch construction with fine attention to details and furniture. The space is absolutely gigantic and is much larger in real life than the website pictures convey. You have the entire 21st floor and multiple rooms have views of the beach. There were a full 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and very comfortable living and dining rooms as well as a nice kitchen. Even a washing machine in a laundry room. You are as close to the beach as possible. It even has a nice Bluetooth sound system to steam music to. It was perfect to spend Christmas with the family after a few days in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. In the US, a suite like this would be thousands of dollars per night so it was extremely reasonable, especially for a family that would otherwise need two standard sized hotel rooms. Breakfast buffet (with Vietnamese and western choices) and service were excellent. Rooftop pool was nice but not heated in December (I doubt anywhere in Vietnam heats their pools though). It was so nice we preferred nice takeout meals to eat at “home” over eating in the nice restaurants across the street. If there’s one hotel stay you want to splurge on while in Vietnam I absolutely recommend this penthouse suite. The kids will remember this hotel forever. My only hesitation in posting this review is that the price may double when word gets out.

The air condition was not cold for one of our rooms and the other kept tripping during our last night. Breakfast could be better if there was more international food selection, fresh milk and cereals. Massage was surprisingly good and relaxing!
