Room for improvement

The Indochine is an old building with a certain charm, however it's a bit dated and could do with a bit of facelift. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a family room on the 4th floor with a lovely view of the river. The beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was reasonable, and the restaurant area could have been cleaner around the tables, and the seat covers required washing. The beach being further away than advertised was a disappointment, and the shuttle bus was rather infrequent, and would have been better had it run until a later time.

We liked the old style rooms although the bathroom was a little tired, the bed was the most comfortable we have had in a month in Asia. Great pool, good breakfast on the terrace by the river, good location for the beach, free bikes and friendly helpful staff.

Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds. Great location with a good shuttle service into Hoi An old town. Because the bathrooms open into the corridor noise carries easily into your room especially noticeable early morning or evenings. We enjoyed our stay.

Great atmosphere in this small hotel due to its old-fashioned style, serene location, and the plentiful, friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Good bikes to ride to town or beach. Efficient shuttle. Comfy bed. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Hotel had quirks - water pressure was too low for a hot shower on the 4th floor in the AM - u can only shower in the PM. Still, we would gladly return to this charming and relaxing hotel. I just loved this atmospheric hotel, like a mini 'Grand Budapest'. Every single employee from reception, dining, shuttle to the concierge went out of their way to assist us with exceptional grace and kindness. The bed was comfy and setting serene. Sadly, no hot water at all during peak shower time.

Trevligt hotell i lugnt område. Personalen är mycket trevliga och serviceinriktade. Fint frukostbord och fin pool som hålls ren. Lite minus vad det gäller badstranden, som är belägen en kort bit ifrån hotellet och minus för strandförsäljare som inte ser några hinder med att störa dig. Se även upp för tjuvar. Vi blev av med tillhörighet som vi hade lagt på strandbordet vid badstranden.

Lovely colonial hotel with a huge family room. Breakfast selection was wide and it was far enough from the main town to be quiet and relaxing and the free shuttle bus was great to pop into town. The beach that came with the hotel was excellent.

Excellent value great hotel

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. Room was big, beds very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Nice big pool and good location on the river. Only criticism was when we eat one night at the hotel, service was ok but some items not available. What we did not realise was that there is another restaurant attached to the hotel which was probably the place to go

Wonderful stay

We were welcomed with a cool glass of passionfruit juice and speedy reception. Both rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with fresh fruits, selection of bakery goods, a mix of Vietnamese and western hot food, egg made to order and Pho bo, homemade yoghurt and light salad. We also enjoyed rich coffee, passionfruit and watermelon juices. The hotel is right next to the river with a scenic lookout point. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Very Pleasant stay at Indochine Hoi An Riverside

The motel was very nice with a great pool. Location was good and had a free shuttle to town. Had bikes available to use. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would look forward to staying with them again.

Bell' hotel a 4 km dal centro di Hoi An

L'hotel si trova a 4km dal centro di Hoi An. Inoltre si trova a circa mezzora di auto da Da Nang citta' sul mare (buona spiaggia) e dove si trova l'aeroporto. Hoi An e' molto piacevole per passeggiare nella citta' vecchia e lungo il fiume. Ottimo shopping , caffe' ristoranti caratteristici vietnamiti e fusion. Una volta al mese c'e' la festa del plenilunio

시설은 가격대비 좋지만 직원이 조금 서투른듯합니다.

대부분의 직원은 괜찮지만 몇몇직원이 프로페셔널 하지 못하고 불쾌한 사건들을 대충넘기려는 경향이 있습니다. 침대 3개방을 썼는데 베트남 여행중 조식,객실의 크기, 경치등이 매우 좋았습니다. 가격도 저렴했구요. 저희가 몇몇 일이 있어서 아쉬운점이 많았지만 대부분은 만족스럽게 넘어갈 듯 합니다. 참고로 호이안가는 셔틀버스는 신청해야 버스가온다고하네요(원래 계속오는게 맞는거긴한데 저흰 안와서 물어봤거든용ㅋㅋ 확인차 올드타운 가기전에 말하고 가는게 좋을것같습니다.)

Fantastic Friendly Staff, Great Breakfast

In my mind, this place shines because of its friendly and helpful staff. They go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. The hotel's location makes it a close walk to the beach, or you can take a twenty minute bike ride to the old town. The breakfasts are great. They have a decent selection of food, and you can eat all you want. Beds are comfortable, and the pool is nice and cool. Get the river view if you want a quiet room that allows you to see the sunrise.
