Good size room and nice layout, though hotel could do with a bit of work. Not super close to town but walkable.
Was put off breakfast by a staff member stood in the kitchen picking their nose.
Breakfast is good. Pool is great. Manager or owner is very friendly.

Not Quite Paradise but not the worst
Greeted nicely upon early check in, staff was helpful. Room had a hanger for a tv but no tv, not a big deal but said it had one. Air conditioner barely pumped out cool air let alone cold, this was the worst part as we booked in for 3 days. The bathroom door haf to be slammed in order for it to be closed, we were afraid it would break. We brought our laundry down after dinner and told it would be done at 10am. Went to collect our things and told 12pm, waited around as our swim suits were in the wash, then told it would be evening before it was done. We couldn't go to the beach or swim in the pool that day. Bikes available for free but keep in mind they are free. Half flat tires, seats that swiveled up down and side to side and wheel locks that wouldn't unlock.
The room was clean and pool towels provided, free breakfast was very good and promptly served. Overall, a decent stay but a few things could be improved. It seemed to be under construction too.
off the beaten noisy part of town yet a very shot walk. This place had good security but was not even necessary. For ten bucks it has it all. Not for infantile adults to hang out at.
Modern new hotel just outside the main tourist areas off the main road. Staff was very helpful and allowed me to check in early free of charge. Breakfast was excellent offering a full cooked breakfast with a plate of fruit. Only negative was that not all staff had a good level of english to coomunicate with.
The hotel is a short walk away from the city. Can be good if you want a peaceful night.
When I arrived my bed was dirty with sands on it. May be the other 3 tourists who dirtied it. The sheets were changed after I went out for a walk which is good.
However in one night I killed a big spider and a cockroach in the room. Something must be done.
I stayed in the dorm which was really nice and really cheap. 5 beds in a huge room with good AC, good WI FI sign, big bathroom, nice breakfast included, free bicycles...and a swimming pool in the garden.
The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the old city...I can't think of a better place to stay in HOI AN.
The dorm is a hotel-room-turns-dorm with 4 single beds (not bunk beds) with bathroom, which is comfortable and clean. EXCELLENT breakfast (you get a full breakfast, with choice of Vietnamese or Western food, a drink, and fresh fruit), swimming pool, bicycle and hair dryer can be borrowed free of charge; the manager is very helpful and the staffs are really friendly. The hotel is at a quiet location a short walk to town and Sinh Tourist office. I would definitely stay here again the next time I come back.
I stayed in the "dorm" room , which is just 4 beds in a room. It was nicer than a regular hostel, since they were regular, comfortable beds. However, one bed was really close to the door, so it wouldn't open all the way. Overall, it was a nice stay. The staff was nice, the AC worked, and the breakfast was good. They also let you ride their bikes for free, which makes getting into the Ancient town and the beach. The construction going on didn't really affect my stay, and I'm it will be even better once it's finished!
newly built hotel that's really nice. great location. free rental of bicycles. sweetest owner ever, he is always so happy and helpful. walking distance to the old town. calm and quiet area.

Not the worse, but wouldn't recommend.
Not entirely sure how to rate this place. For a solo traveller it isn't great. I opted for a shared room with three others, in which there were only two electricity sockets in the room and both of which were over the beds of two others and so I felt uncomfortable using them (as my phone would be dangling over their face if I left it charging over night). As a result had a dead phone which isn't great. Overall felt uncomfortable in the shared room as it was in fact just a hotel room with four beds, as opposed to a hostel. If you're travelling with friends it may be fine.
The location is central enough if you are with someone, however, alone, I wouldn't feel comfortable coming home late to it. Little dark laneway leading up to it. But for the daytime, it is a handy location.
Amenities: Free bike rental was great and a delicious breakfast included, best I've had on my travels. Receptionists had very little English which proved difficult as I watched couples struggle to book airport transfer with them due to the language barrier.
Overall; there are probably better options but not the worse.
Staff were fantastic and based on this I would go back to this hotel. The downside was that the hotel was hard to find and hidden behind an unpaved path. it was s good location to the old town walking street

Staff let down by facilities
Hotel not 100% completed, work constantly being done to new wing right out our window. Had to leave curtains closed all day to avoid gaze of workers. Had issues with room daily - no water at times or just cold, power issues which resulted in work to change fuse box. Staff were helpful but communication was difficult. Could be alright once finished. Bit of downer for our time in Hoi An.

The hotel is located right next to the old town ( you reach it with the free bikes in 3 minutes )
Rooms are perfectly clean and big with AC, flat tv, bathroom !
Really nice staff , the hotel owner is also always there !
Negative: at the moment ( july 14 ) you can only reach the hotel through a construction yard.... Thats a bit confusing because we couldn't find it first and most of the taxi or xe om driver don't know it yet , because it's so new !
Right in front of the hotel there is also a construction yard, it's not loud but the view is not so cosy ;)
- but thats not such a big deal.... ;)
Nice big pool, really nice people , good breakfast !!! Go there !!! :)) we had a good time there !!
