Quiet, central and clean

An oasis in the city. A few minutes to walk to the old town of Hoi An. Nice room, nice pool. The bathroom is special, the shower is outside. We liked it, but surely not for everybody.

We spent 10 days in HoiAn and stayed here the entire time. Great, quiet location a short 5 minute walk to the markets of old town. Comfy bed. Beautiful large pool, cool air conditioning and a beautiful breakfast made to order. Tien, Ha, An and Bao are amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay an enjoyable one. Lots of local restaurants and cafes. Great place with great people. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Unbelievably lovely staff in this family-run hotel who would do anything to help. Shortly after arrival we were a bit freaked out by the ground floor semi-outdoor bathroom, and asked to be moved. We were moved asap the next morning to an upstairs room with better bathroom, and our luggage moved for us. Reception also booked us a driver and some tickets at reduced cost, and breakfast options are requested the night before, and made to order at a time of your choice. The hotel is more rustic than the pictures indicate, but makes up for it in the wonderful friendly service and excellent location. Highly recommend.

Great stay, perfect staff

The rooms were very big, great view of the pool and not a far walk to old town, pubs and resteraunts. The place is a family run villa and every single person was lovely and you could see them stop what they were doing as soon as you entered to greet you. I even came in quite late most nights and had to ring a bell and not an issue or a moan. The breakfast was also lovely and very personal where they take your order the previous night. Room was cleaned every day and i felt very welcome staying here. The only thing i didn't like about the villa was the location at night, it would be absolutely fine if i wasnt a solo traveller though. Its only a 4 minute walk but it's through more of a residential area and it was a bit eerie. There was also 4 dogs who lived in a house near by who would be out on the path at night which was a little intimidating. I would stay again and would just ensure i got a grab back instead. Would just like to add i had no issues what so ever was just how i felt on my own.

Hidden gem

The room was nice, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and nice balcony to the pool. The nicest thing was to have the bikes when we chose to ride into the old city. The place is very quiet and just 5 minutes walking to the old town. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with omelet, fresh fruits, and delicious coffee.

Fabulous stay in Hoi An

The hosts at this villa are beyond amazing! The breakfast is filling and soooo good everyday! You have several selections to choose from and you can also select the time you want breakfast. The cleaner lady was friendly and efficient and so thoughtful. Everyone is there to "serve"; they regard you as part of the family. They go our of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Also they have wonderful scarves, table runners, chopsticks etc at the front desk (at much better prices than the market) The rooms are very large and twin beds pushed together can make for a HUGE bed. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great showers and balconies off second floor unit. .Downstairs units have open air showers - bery cool. Great pool area.

表通りから１本裏手に入った場所にあり静かな環境。部屋も大きく荷解きしやすく、朝食も毎回選ぶ事が出来るのも良かった。 1つだけ不満を言うと、表通りにある看板には２０メートルと記載されていたが、確実に看板からホテルまで４０メートル位はある。夜、空港からタクシーで近くまで来て、かなり迷った。

Oas i Hoi An

Underbar oas ett stenkast från turistcirkusen i Gamla stan. Förlängde vår vistelse och hade verkligen avkopplande dagar i den lilla trädgården med poolen. Servicen från den familjedrivna gästhuset var utomordentligt. Gratis cyklar, moped till en låg kostnad.

Increíble la estancia. Las chicas nos ayudaron en todo, nos ayudaron a gestionar el viaje a islas Cham, a reservarnos motos, hasta a conseguirme una costurera. La habitación preciosa con un baño enorme. Teníamos tres noches y alargamos una más. El desayuno casero y delicioso. El hotel está andando del centro a 8min y hace evitar el ruido de vehículos por la mañana, pudiendo tener una estancia tranquila.

처음 찾아 들어갈 때는 너무 외진 곳에 있어서 무섭고 당황스러웠으나, 일단 들어가서 보니 호텔을 운영하는 가족들이 매우 친절하고, 훌륭한 로컬 음식에, 깨끗한 시설을 보고 놀랐습니다. 저렴한 비용으로 대가족이 머물기에 가성비 갑입니다.

숙소는 전반적으로 그 가격으로는 훌륭했어요 바닥이나 다른곳은 다 깨끗했지만 수건이나 침구 청결상태가 좀 아쉬웠어요 저희는 아이들과 함께한 여행이라 호이안 올드타운이랑 가까운 거리 가성비 숙소를 찾은건데 거리상 꽤 가까워 어른들끼리 걷기는 괜찮았고 주위엔 로컬중에도 아주 로컬 음식점뿐이고 조금만 걸어 구시가지로 가면 유명한 음식점도 많으니 단점은 아니구요 풀빌라는 아니지만 1층 방문을 열면 바로 수영장으로 연결되니 아이들 놀기 좋았어요 커넥팅룸도 있어서 여렷이 가도 방 연결해 낼수 있고 좋았어요 만약 친구들끼리 간다면 이 가격에 이정도의 방 적극 추천이구요 시설 좋은 숙소를 찾으신다면 패스하시는게 좋아요~호이안을 다시 간다면 다시 찾을 의향이 있습니다 침구만 깨끗하면 정말 너무너무 좋을거 같아요 가성비 최고이고 일단 직원들이 참 순박하고 친절했어요 정말 친절히 대해줘서 좋아요

Nedgradering.

Da vi ankom for at tjekke ind, fik vi besked om at vi var blevet nedgraderet.. Selv om vi havde fået bekræftelse på et "cosy" værelse. De ville tilbyde os 10 % rabat, men dette giver bare den pris som et standart værelse koster. Efter dialog ned Hotels.com tjekkede vi ud efter 2 dag. ( Vi havde booket 6 dage ) Hotellet brugt som undskylding at der var sket en double booking, hvilket de dog ikke have informeret os om. Vi havde på fornemmelsen de regnede med at vi ville acceptere nedgradering, når vi skulle tjekke ind. I øjeblikket bliver der bygget på 2 nabo huse, så der er en del bygge støj fra morgen. De billeder som viser hotellet, er lidt til den pæne side.

Fantastisk tid og ophold i Hoi An!

Hoi An Hide Away villa var det bedste overnatningssted vi havde i løbet af vores 4 uger lange rejse i Vietnam. Bedste brusebad, bedste seng, sødeste folk i Hoi An, bedste service af personalet. Så hjælpsomme og imødekommende! Vi følte os meget velkomne og taget godt af! Poolen var dejlig og ren, ligeså værelset og skøn morgenmad!
