Good location and helpful staff

They were really helpful in organising trips for me. Hotel was right near the lantern boats. Overall the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included and good.

The nearby bar was so noisy that I couldn't sleep until 3 o'clock. The transfer service to Da Nang is very cheap and satisfactory.

Great location to stay in hoi a walking distance to the main attractions and night market. Very convenient. Breakfast was very good ,really love it .we had an early flight and they prepared breakfast for us in a bag to go.The only cons I have would be the noise at night as the hotel is close to some night clubs. The music will kinda stop around 0030, we had a room on the front side that’s why we can hear the noise however if you are on the north side I believe it would be better, beside that it’s a nice hotel -will come back for sure but will ask for north side rooms ,

Room felt very humid and mold on walls. Bath towels were very worn and old. Would not recommend this place. It is price higher than others around town. Bed sheets had stains.

Beliggenheden, at hotellet ligger i en sidegade, ved en kæmpe Party Gade med højt musik til kl. 03.00, hvorefter larm fra oprydning, medførte at vi måtte flytte efter en nat, uden søvn, selvom vi havde betalt for 3 overnatninger - da værelserne på ingen måde er lydisoleret, den eneste grund til at hotellet for stjerner, er pga det venlige og hjælpsomme personale

The room was great, the staff were very friendly the only real issue with the hotel was that it was still under development. This didn't detract from the level of service provided by the staff.

Short Stay

Location : Good and within walking distance to Ancient Town and Night Market. The room was quite dark. Old wardrobe and room fixing are not convenience position. The breakfast provide good choice of local and western foods. The mini swimming pool is too near the walkway and reception areas. It is too slippery dangerous.

We were disappointed by our stay but it think it’s because the hotel didn’t correspond to what we were looking for. It’s noisy inside and outside till late and not ideal with a young child. We had a suffocating room with no window and no pressure in the shower. It’s a nice youth hostel but not suited for families

The hotel staff was great. The room is a little old and a cabinet in the bathroom was broken. Also the noise in the front rooms from Outside was a lot at night and in the early morning.

Yes, a worthwhile place to stay in Hoi An

Golden River is centrally located, about 15 meters off the main road along the river. There is a small indoor pool which looked inviting. Golden River is clean and comfortable, with good wifi, but the highlight is the staff. Warm and friendly ladies that smile and have a laugh all day. My friend fell ill and they looked after him as if he was family. Recommended.

We stayed in the triple room. Absolutely nothing special. Paint was peeling off and both of the doors were broken. Other things were neglected within hotel. Not great. Breakfast was mediocre, pool was small. Great location.

일단 예약해서 예약번호와 이름 다 보여줬은데 직원이 계속 돈을 더 내라고 해서 체크인만 40분 걸렸고 예약한방이랑 다른방 줬는데 이미 짜증나서 하루자는거 참자하고 잤는데 이불 습해서 찝찝하고 방 지져분하고 그냥 직원들 불친절하고 방더럽고 완전 비추

No room available for us !!!

When checking in, the manager manager told me that our room is not available and sent us to a hotel near by. Breakfast is served at the hotel of original booking but not served at the other one. Not happy about it
