I had a large room with a King bed, table & chairs to sit and relax, huge bathroom, excellent shower. Lovely peaceful area surrounding the swimming pool. Shout out for Sara, she was so kind and thoughtful, always had time to have a chat about life and Vietnam. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, freshly cooked eggs, tastiest omelette I've had in Vietnam 😋 A very relaxing stay. All the staff are kind and helpful.

Lovely, brand new hotel

This hotel opened the day before we arrived. Our room was quiet, spacious, with lots of natural light. The bed was huge and very comfortable, with soft bedding. Very good air con plus fan. Fantastic bathroom with a great shower. We loved the buffet style breakfast, with an egg and soup station. There is plenty to choose from; fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, bread, cheese and cold meats, salad, and Asian style options. The staff were super polite, friendly and attentive - especially Kim, Jade, Sapphire and Crystal. We felt very well looked after. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great hotel, quiet location

A lovely hotel, 15 minutes from the old town and night market. It is in a quiet part of town, but everywhere is easily walkable. The room was very clean, well maintained and we had a view onto the start and the town beyond. Could even E the tower of the Buddhist temple which was lit up at night. The hotels breakfast was tasty and a wide variety of western and eaten dishes. The pool was small but clean with plenty of sunbeds available. They had happy hour on cocteau every afternoon, and also a great light lunch deal for £3 of a beer and snack type food. The staff were amazing willing to help with every little question or concern. They offered a laundry service which was cheap. They also booked us a local tour, and sorted payments etc. Just added it to the bill, which was brilliant! When I come back, this is my first choice for hotel!

Short break here, staff very friendly on arrival providing lots of good information. Was a bit let down on second night when asking for more sachets of coffee for our room we were not allowed any as we had been given 2 when room cleaned in morning so had to buy drinks which we didn’t like so left

Lovely place!

Very friendly staff, especially Amber and Ruby in reception. Nice little hotel, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Hoi An Old Town, but within walking distance of it. The only unpleasant part of our stay was that the bathroom had a persistent bad smell. If they fixed the plumbing then our stay would have been perfect.

The hotel is really good. The location is good and they offer bicycles for free, this is really helpful since you just ride your bike around 7-10 min to the city. The room itself also really good but the most important for me was the staff. They were amazing and really kind. We just had a some problems with the wifi and tv connection. Everything was really good!

Very clean and spacious rooms . Good service. Short walk -15min from the town centre. Cabs easily available for a small cost Breakfast is a bit restricted if you are vegetarian. All the hot dishes at breakfast had meat or fish in them Other than that little problem the hotel is reall good value for money

Great stay with nice possibilities

Good hotel with Good possibilities. Must improve the. Need to improve the breakfast selection and need a few more of comfortable areas to stay in the hotel and have a drink and relax. Everything is closed after 10 so cannot have a drink and chill. The transportation to the city center is a bit slow due to lack of vehicles. Very friendly staff, helpful and kind
