お風呂、トイレ付ですが、ホテルというよりホームステイ❓な感じ。1日30000でレンタサイクル、1kg30000でランドリーでとても便利。場所も繁華街から少し離れていて、静かで治安も問題なし。

Clean Rooms for Short Stay

Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very kind and helpful. They called cabs for us and made sure our needs were tended too.

家族経営のようですが、早朝、朝食を買いに外にでるときも嫌な顔せず起きて、開けてくれました。 自転車やバイクのレンタルもしています。 ミーソン遺跡のツアーなども到着時に尋ねると説明の紙を準備しており親切です。ダナン市内、ダナン空港へのシャトルバスの手配もできるようです。 夜景の綺麗なホイアンに泊まるなら宿から歩いて行けるここはおススメです。 他の方が食べていたのですが、朝食も美味しそうでした。

The family were really friendly and went out of their way to do anything for you. The room was large and comfortable and aircon worked great. They have a upstair large setting area. Breakfast was delicious. You can rent a motorbike cheaply and organise trips though them. Overlooking the River, nice and quiet. nice walk to main strip

Generous breakfasts next to the old town

I really liked this place. It's a couple of minutes walk away from the old town but it is far enough not to hear the noise of the tourists. Our room was big, functional and clean. There is a common balcony looking at the river. Not everyone speaks English, but those who don't are kind, helpful and creative enough to overcome this problem. Their Cao Lao is a must.

Not terrible, but not without issues

The place is nice, and so is the family. It’s as pictured and the location in the river is fairly convenient and walkable to the center of things. The negatives: the street becomes lined with tour buses waiting on their tour groups, which makes walking and driving a bit more of a challenge. They did laundry for us at a reasonable price, but ruined my favorite (not cheap shirt) and obviously tried to scrub out the stains they caused unsuccessfully but didn’t even mention it to us. They also claimed to not have seen the 200k we mistakenly left in a pants pocket that was no longer there when we got our clothes back. And finally, I understand it’s a homestay and the family is part of the charm, but I could do without being woken up by a crying baby each morning. Overall, the stay was fine, but I wouldn’t return in the future.

洪水のさなかに利用しました。

ホイアンの街が洪水に襲われている時に利用しました。川沿いの道路が皆冠水していて、川沿いの当ホテルに行くのに苦労しましたが、なんとかホテルにたどり着くことができました。前日まで1階部分が水没していたが、当日の朝にようやく水が引いたとのことでした。このような状況にもかかわらず快く歓迎してもらえて助かりました。

Hidden gem with all the +s of B&Bs of the past

Upon entering, you get the warmth and impression of entering someone's home rather than a cold hotel establishment. The receptionist was very nice and informative with ins and outs of the city as well as providing a map of interesting spots. The hotel includes a fantastic view of the river bank where you can easily peer across to the islands in the river or the mainland on either side of the back if you’re on a higher floor. The hotel staff went above and beyond the standard hospitality and we were treated like family. They fed us food and dishes which they themselves would eat which added to sense of authenticity for a "smaller town" in the countryside. The staff also helped coordinate with local businesses to have my purchased merchandise picked up at a more convenient location during a time crunch when pickup at the store was not possible. At the end, they arranged for very affordable transportation around town and to the Da Nang airport even when not prompted. On an added note, the room includes an sheet of voluntarily activities which include learning vietnamese from the family on sundays! Unfortunately due to timing, we were unable to attend any of these activities but fully intend to take full advantage if we come back to this lovely town. Highly recommended based on my experience.

Ruhig und dennoch nicht abseits

Das Hotel liegt nicht so weit vom Zentrum, wie es den Anschein hat. Man geht nur 5 - 10 Minuten am Wasser entlang und schon ist man in der Altstadt. Um diese zu besuchen, wird um einen Eintritt gebeten, der dem Erhalt des Unesco Weltkulturerbes dient. Die Altstadt ist aber nicht abgesperrt. Restaurants, Geschäfte und Hotels gibt es jede Menge. Insbesondere abends bis nachts ergießen sich die Touristenströme in die Stadt. Das Hotel bzw. Pension ist ruhig gelegen und bemüht sich sehr um seine Gäste. Empfehlungen erweisen sich als gut.

깨끗한 방. 정돈되어 있는 욕실. 맘에 들었다. 강 바로 앞에 있는 위치도 맘에 들었다. 단 한 가지.. 저녁 12시가 넘은 시간에 우리 방만 정전이 되었다. 샤워하다 날벼락 맞고 너무 늦어서 그냥 잤다. 다음에는 그냥 호텔갈거다

民宿就在河邊,秋盆河的盡尾。屋主很好人,提供旅遊資料,行10分鐘可到會安古城,静中帶旺,隔離就是Royal Hotel. 地點算很方便。

Convenient, good ans friendly service

Good homestay near river Room is quite big with good design and clean Free Wifi and also have breakfast and drinks are available. Here we can also rent the bicycle or motorbike for travelling in the town. The host are very gently and friendly. They also give the instruction and guide what we should do for the best. They also can provide the information or tour trip. If we go there we will be back at this hostel.

Une ambiance familiale au calme près de la rivière

Hotel familial, propre, moderne, spacieux à 5mn à pied du centre historique. Le personnel est très gentil et très attentionné. Un excellent choix pour ceux qui ne veulent pas être au coeur de la ville, étouffant en raison de la foule. Un excellent rapport qualité prix dans cette ville où le touriste est considéré comme une carte bancaire.

小さな川沿いの小さなホテル

立地は中心街から離れているが、ホテルは小さな川沿いにあるため、静かでのんびりできる。 部屋や家具等も古く、アメニティーも最低限のモノしかないが、スタッフがとにかく親切。向こう側から色々教えてくれたり、こちらのリクエストにもすぐに応えてくれる。日本人のリピーターがいると言っていたが、気持ちがわかる気がする。 リバーサイドの部屋がおすすめ。

Rigtig god service

Værterne på hoteller var meget søde og hjælpsomme, og de interesserede sig for alle deres gæster. Der er tale om et ægte homestay, så hvis man vil kan man hjælpe med at lave mad, tage på marked med familien, mødes med deres venner mm. Vi nåede det desværre ikke, men det virkede som et fedt tilbud, hvis man vil lære mere om det 'ægte' Vietnam.
