The hotel is super nice. I got a free upgrade from the hotel and my friend get free voucher for drink n cocktail. A nice view and nice roof top bar for us to chill out. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff there is very friendly and nice. The breakfast is also good

Super clean! Great Location and very friendly and helpful staff! Walking distance to the Dragon Bridge, many cafes and spa shops. Thank you so much for the surprise Birthday cake to my mother😊 we really appreciate it! We will stay here again for sure.

Great modern boutique hotel
Great modern clean hotel spacious and friendly with good service. Location is good and both local and western cuisine available nearby. Walking distance to bridge and markets very convenient.

I LOVE this hotel. The room was immaculate, super comfortable, quiet, and it had a great view of Da Nang. Breakfast was good but I enjoyed wandering around the neighborhood for delicious local specialties. I much prefer this location (an easy walk to the beach) to the big "waterfront" hotels. The best part is the staff. Housekeeping, restaurant, bellmen- all smiles. The "Apple Team" at the front desk is wonderful! They handled my ever-changing needs (including a few extensions because I didn't want to leave) with grace and good humor. They were SO helpful when it came to scooter rentals, a tour guide, and then even moving my bags to Hue so that I could go there by motor bike. They made me smile every time I saw them. Da Nang is wonderful and Cozy Da Nang felt like home. I can't wait to come back to this brilliantly managed property. Highly recommended.

glad there were many Tv channels including English movies & news & World Cup, Room was very clean, nice and spacious, Breakfast was great, Service and staff were great too, the door man on my first morning check in was really helpful in helping me find change for my $ to pay the taxi driver, helping with my luggage and throughout stay, when he is on duty, he was always looking out to help, Restaurant was also very kind to allow and arrange for me to have early breakfast at 6 so I won't miss breakfast to catch my flight, will definitely be back to stay here when in Danang.

This is a new hotel on a great location near the Dragon Bridge. My family and I stayed here for 6 nights in August in a Family Quadruple room. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and featured two nice balcony's to sit out on and watch the world go by. There's a nice swimming pool on the 9th floor of the hotel with some sun loungers. The hotel restaurant was excellent with a selection of Western, Korean and local dishes available. All of the staff we interacted with were cheerful, polite and extremely helpful, especially Trần, Uyên and Phương on the Front Desk. They had some great suggestions for places to visit, arranged private tours and taxis for us and were so helpful in answering questions. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

スタッフがいつも笑顔で接してくれた。大きな荷物も運んでくれみな親切だった。とにかく部屋が広くてバスタブおしゃれ。朝バイキングのフォ〜最高。毎朝食べた。メニューも毎日変えて品数も申し分なかった。パッションフルーツとスイカジュースもめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。空港送迎で快適に行き来できました。近くに安いスパ、市場、ドラゴン橋すぐそば。ロケーション最高。又泊まりたい。

직원들은 전반적으로 친절하고 한국어 가능한 직원도 있어요. 룸은 크고 깨끗해요 직원들이 청소에 신경쓰는 것 같아요. 비치와는 멀지만 한시장과 가까와요. 체크인시 시원한 웰컴드링크도 주고 투숙기간중 사용가능한 음료권도 줘요. 조식은 화려하지 않아도 김치와 한국요리 한가지가 제공되어 좋았어요.

アクセス、周辺施設、部屋の広さ、快適さ、清潔さ、館内レストランやルームサービスなどとても素晴らしいです。あいにくの雨でしたが、近くにカフェや食べ物屋さん、スパがあるので便利でした。部屋のセンス、特に機能的な収納がすばらしく、蛇口一つとってもセンスがあります。便利な場所にありますが静かなので、中長期の滞在や、日常から離れたいときにおすすめです。朝食ビュッフェも満足のラインナップでした。

今次是我入住越南酒店最好的幾天，在這酒店住了四天，對於無論是軟件或者硬體都非常之滿意。尤其是工作人員的態度。好可能是一間較新的酒店，部份設施都要有改善空間。若果下次到峴港旅行，是一個極佳的選擇，由於價格是合理到便宜，物超所值和價廉物美是一個重點機下次我到峴港，一定再入住。
