Great Place

This hotel is amazing the staff are so friendly and helpful what ever the request. Location is perfect beach across the road with own private area and Hoi An town easy to get to with shuttle provide by hotel or taxi. We stayed in this hotel prior to Covid and would return if we ever go back to Hoi An.

Nice little beach hotel. Not a lot to do in the area but it’s relaxing. Had a good stay for the most part and extended our stay for an additional 4 nights but had a few issues during our stay: 1- air conditioning was weak , it got cool but never cold even on the lowest setting and having them come check on it 2 times they never fixed it. 2- walls are thin and hallways echo with noisy staff or guests. For the most part, we had a pretty quiet trip minus housekeeping, being loud in the mornings, talking to each other at a higher volume than necessary and our last night a large Chinese group checking in and waking up at 5 AM and being extremely loud yelling at each other from 5 AM to 9 AM so could not sleep. 3- be careful as they have glass bottles for shower gel and shampoo with a very small shelf in the shower area I got charged 200,000 dong because of their poor design. The bottles fell off the small shelf and broke in the shower and almost cut my girlfriend’s feet. Management should re-look at the design of shower and shampoo dispensers in the shower to protect their guest. Otherwise they could have a lawsuit from an injury. 4- The maintenance crew on one morning decided to start hammer drilling into the foundation right outside our door at 8:30 AM. I was not happy by any means to be woken up that way after sternly talking to them that we were sleeping they stopped. Besides those issues, it was a comfortable stay and relaxing time the front desk staff were very friendly.

Staff was really good. Breakfast could use more varieties. Their fresh juice is delicious! Short walk to the beach. Free bicycle to roam around. About 10-15 mins drive into Hoi An old town. They have regular white towels for pool/beach use. They could update that with actual pool/beach towels.

Not a great stay.

The hotel itself was fine but with the swimming pool so close to the building all the noise travelled straight up and into the accommodation areas. Too noisy. The beach access was below average. Had to step through a construction site to access the beach. Not good.

한적하고 조용한 곳에 있어서 첫날은 조용히 쉴 수 있고 좋았는데 다음날 단체 손님이 온듯... 시끄럽고 밤새 떠들고 새벽부터 발소리 요란하게 돌아다니고... 단체도 좋지만 다른 손님들이 편히 쉴 수 있도록 배려가 되었다면 좋았을것 같다.

Good location but front desk service was lacking

Good location and restaurant and waiters were good. Also, Kevin at Front Desk was really nice and professional. But other front desk services were pretty lacking given the price of room. Sent several emails and Facebook messenger questions but these were never responded to. Asked for help on several items but was not given any help. Even asking for something sent to the room was refused. Understand COVID has caused some difficult circumstances, but they were busy that weekend but front desk staff seemed to be missing. For price we paid, service was not worth it.

Trevligt hotell med bra service!

Bra hotell i lugnt läge utanför centrum, nära stranden och bra restauranger runt knuten. Generös gratis utlåning av cyklar, shuttle service gratis, till både stranden och centrala Hoi An. Hjälpte oss att boka tågbiljetter. Rabatt på spa-behandling som var mycket bra.

Stayed att the hotel for two nights and wished I had booked more. The hotel offers shuttles and bike so you can easily travel to the ancient city or the beach. The hotel had a private beach with their own chairs which was great. Barly no salesmen at the beach. Great service at the hotel making us feel welcome. Love to go to ally beach again in the future.

Très bel hôtel avec piscine, un peu fraîche pour la saison. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, de bonne qualité. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent 77€ pour 2 nuits à 4. Un transport gratuit est organisé pour se rendre à la ville et à la plage. Mise a disposition de transat et parasols à la plage. Les chambres sont assez spacieuse

Lovely hotel near the beach

Our stay was very enjoyable and the staff were very accomodating to our needs. The free shuttle bus to the main beach and Hoi An town was a real bonus as was the free bike hire.

13살 11살 두아이데리고 방문했어요~~아침조식은 아이들이좋아하는 요플레 과일 빵 잘나와서 ㅋ너무 많이 먹었어요 조식먹고는 자전거타고 온동네 다리고 끄어다이 비치 안방비치 올드타운까지 자전거 다녔어요 ~~ 체크인할때부터 친절하고 Linda jimmy 가장 많이 도와주셔서 ~~감사했어요 아이들이 있어서 하루종일 자전거만 3번4번씩 대여 했는데 인상한번 안쓰고 자전거빌려주셨어요~~방청소도 깔끔했고 에어컨은 빵빵했는데 ~~다만 문제는 조식먹는곳 식당이 유럽사람들에게 더 친절한거 같아서 6일동안 조금불편했어요 그미소는 유럽사람들에게 보인다고 할까요~~~ 저만 느낌는 감정일수 있지만 앨리호텔 두번째방문인인데 ~~두번다 느끼는거라서요 조식식당만 조금불편할뿐~~다른데 문제 없어요

Excellent stay, but no usable beach nearby.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The shuttle time the beach and to town was very convenient. It was not, however, beachfront as the beach was destroyed and non-existent. My children wanted to play at the beach everyday and although the shuttle could take us to a nearby beach, it’s not the same as beachfront.

For our needs, with small children, the hotel didn't quite make the cut. I didn't realize it when I booked, or perhaps I made an error in booking. We ended up leaving after the first night. The staff were extremely lovely, kind, accommodating!!
