"Everyone who works there is professional and friendly, and always available to assist with whatever you need. The property is right on the water and is beautiful, quiet and convenient. Special shout out to the dive shop - we had amazing trips snorkeling. Dennis our guide was the best. Also would highly recommend Mary and Addy for their massage skills! Thank you for an amazing time!"

"Room dirty. Literal dust on our fingers when we used the railing. The towels and robes were stained. The pool towels were shredded and had holes. The staff was slow and half of them were incompetent. The managers were kind, but you shouldn’t need to involve a manager for every little thing. The food is bad and on the last day we ordered tiramisu that came frozen (after Princess told us they had a baker) and the whipped cream on top had turned and was sour- this skeeved us out- it was impossible not to consider what other food may have been expired or close to expired. Honestly this property is a bad look for Hilton and I don’t recommend for anyone. The pool server spilled a drink on my book and just left it there to soak. He couldnt even be bothered to wipe it or move it. In fact, he just left the lime and straw on the ground and pretended it didn’t even happen. I could go on…. Our stay was pitiful. Waste of money and waste of time. Extremely disappointing. "

"We loved staying at the Alaia resort. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the air conditioning worked well and the property was well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!"

"This is a quiet small resort. Beautiful views everywhere. Small fridges in the room. I wish I had know that the resort provide free pick up from San Pedro airport and that you can rent a golf cart for them for 1 to 4hrs. We didn’t really leave the resort, so we could have saved that fee of golf cart rental. "

"The room was basic, but very clean. The location of the hotel is a little south of everything, but very walkable. The shower head was trashed so the entire bathroom got wet every time I took a shower and the water pressure was basically non existent because of this - not the end of the world, but seems like an easy fix. A bit of a safety issue - the bar staff loudly communicated (one time shouted across the bar) my room number every time I closed my tab, which seemed like a basic safety issue. I was also on the first floor and my curtains didn't shut all the way, so I never had full privacy. Knowing this, I wouldn't suggest a first floor room if privacy is something you're after. All in all, a decent spot that I'd visit again. "

"Beautiful Cabin with views of the Caribbean. Donna at the front desk was amazing and anytime we needed anything it magically appeared. Noreen and the rest of the staff were the best. I am definitely coming back. 10 stars!"
