Clean room although cleaners tried to come in on our last morning before check out time. Dud apologise. Breakfast was good although sometimes a little tight on the coffee. Toast machine under does the toast on first pass, burns it on 2nd. Staff ok but a smile wouldn’t go amiss

The Parkgate Hotel is well-situated, and a beautiful hotel. Their breakfast was delicious, and the rooms are comfortable and modern. It is a bit tricky because there is no place to pull up in front of the hotel to drop off or pick up guests and luggage, but that seems to be pretty standard in Cardiff. ...
