"I loved everything about this place! The staff is incredible - especially Javier and Flor. The electricity and WiFi went out due to the thunderstorms but they had a generator and I appreciated being disconnected tbh."

"We couldn’t get into the place. We arrived and there was no one anywhere on the property. Didn’t seem like there were any guests either. The reception was completely empty. It was very eerie and we drove far out of our way for this place. We left and had to drive all the way to Cancun. Worst experience ..."
