"Arrived to find out the room we booked with a balcony was not the type of room we were given. The hotel manager said it was Hotels.coms mistake because it said the type of room we got had a balcony when it does not. Manager was not helpful nor friendly. Hotels.com offered a refund but there was no vacancy so we had no choice but to take the room we were given. Very disappointing"

"It's great for the price. The rooms are not sound proof lol. It sounded like someone was rolling garbage cans over and over all night long. It's close to the highway. There's a lot to do in a few mile area. About a half hour away from Rushmore and Crazy Horse. Male staff spoke no English. Female desk worker was kind and helpful."
