"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"We had a wonderful experience staying here. The guys at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in early, which was great! They were also very attentive to our needs and I truly felt well cared for during my entire stay. The rooms are so beautiful and I had an amazing view of the city from my balcony. "A very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location in the historic centre of Lima. The decor of the hotel was nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful. On a hill, but that comes with staying in the historical area. Very nicely decorated breakfast restaurant...with the best breakfast in Peru! Everything close by, including a laundrette where you can get your laundry done in the same day. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for a business or tourist trip to Cusco."

"I booked it. Took a cab from airport. Then in the rain realized it was closed. Found a hotel near by. I don’t know what to think. Maybe it’s COVID. But it worked out with another hotel. It’s full of hotels. And it’s a great place to stay (Cusco). Enjoy"

"Location is great, walkable to historic center, shopping and great restaurants. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was basic but filling. However, the showers were cold 3 of 5 total nights we were there, frequently we had no bath towels, sometimes no soap or shampoo and once they took the roll of toilet paper out of the bathroom after cleaning. Fortunately my husband found the supply closet so we could restock."
