"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"Ive traveled quite a bit for work and vacations all over the work and I think this maybe best hotel I’ve stayed at. EVERYTHING superb- everyone looking out for guests. The facilities are historic but so beautiful and well kept. Location is ideal."

"Idk why ten first review I gave gave them a 4 star. It should have been a 5. I stayed there two different times. The first time I arrived very early but they still allowed me to get a room to rest in. They were very understanding and helpful and Brandy gave me his number so if I had issues I could text him. "Great location. The bathroom is very old and in need of complete remodeling. The room also seemed to need a better cleaning job. The staff is great though."

"The room was freezing cold with no heating. Lots of blankets so you eventually got warm in the bed. Shower water never got warm. Standard Peruvian breakfast but smaller, consisting of bread, 1 scrambled egg and a small juice. Good location for walking to the main square"

"Front desk was awesome, I believe they had some one 24/7. Location was good and again cant say enough good things about staff. Only thing was the hot water was very hard to regulate and it was too hot. If i go back will stay here again. Very clean."
