"Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. "

"This is an amazing hotel only a 10 minute walk from Plaza Centro. The staff is super friendly and accommodating but the rooms are first class!!! They have a wonderful restaurant which serves a delicious complementary breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also available. The hotel has a spa, very cozy bar and an out door patio with fire pits and umbrellas as well. My only caution is, the road to the hotel is very narrow with even narrower sidewalks so make sure you plan your arrival and departure so...

"Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. The breakfast buffet, and restaurant are well above your normal continental breakfast, they will cook you and omelet/poach eggs for you but the other food may tempt you enough that you won’t need anything cooked to order. "We had a wonderful experience staying here. The guys at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in early, which was great! They were also very attentive to our needs and I truly felt well cared for during my entire stay. The rooms are so beautiful and I had an amazing view of the city from my balcony. I'll definitely stay here again whenever I return to Cusco. Thanks to all the staff for making my experience enjoyable!"

"We stayed two days before and two days after hiking the Inca Trail. Our room was nicer on the first stay, however both were comfortable and clean. Staff is amazing and willing to assist with booking taxis from/to airport. Breakfast included each morning and if you leave before breakfast they offer a pre made bagged breakfast. Area is located conveniently to shopping, eating and the main square. "
