We had to move to other neighbor hotel the 1st night and then to this hotel. Bad communication between the hotel and the services provider platform, and between hoteles in Cusco. "This is an amazing hotel only a 10 minute walk from Plaza Centro. The staff is super friendly and accommodating but the rooms are first class!!! They have a wonderful restaurant which serves a delicious complementary breakfast. Lunch and dinner are also available. The hotel has a spa, very cozy bar and an out door patio with fire pits and umbrellas as well. My only caution is, the road to the hotel is very narrow with even narrower sidewalks so make sure you plan your arrival and departure so you’re not packing/pulling luggage along the streets. I absolutely can’t praise this hotel enough!!❤️❤️"
