"I loved the ambiance of this property! It was so relaxing to be inside even though the bustle of the city was right outside. It was very close to the Plaza de Armaz and there were plenty of options if you wanted to walk or take a taxi. I do wish it had air conditioning in the rooms, but they did have a nice fan that helped circulate air. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and spoke very good English!"

"Excellent location. Can easily walk the quaint city of Cusco and see local sites and markets. Staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the noise at night when trying to sleep. Constant doors banging all night that kept us awake when staying on first floor. When we returned for another night we had the second floor room and that was much better; still noisy but much less. Restaurant and bar on site with good food and drinks . "

"This hotel is in a great location if you’re looking to stay around the historic center/Plaza de Armas. You can walk easily to many museums, restaurants, and parks. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet and the hotel restaurant are both wonderful."
